Best Montessori School in the metro area! My daughter, niece and nephew all attended SunGarden for the full 3 year children's house program as well as the summer programs. It was the best educational foundation we could have given these wonderful children. They were beyond prepared for primary school and for independence in life. The financial investment was worth it as well. With their lifelong love of learning they carry with them they have achieved many successes in their educational endeavors. If you are in search of a Montessori education for your children, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour today. There is nothing like seeing the children in action...something you can only get a glimpse of via the internet.

I have two children attending Sungarden and would highly recommend the school. Their program, educators and administrative staff are extraordinary.

Both of my older children attended SunGarden for preschool (my youngest isn't quite old enough yet). When I was first looking for a preschool for my oldest, I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and community at SunGarden. It was a supportive environment for my son to learn more independence. My daughter was able to complete the full 3 year cycle (including the kindergarten year) at SunGarden. She especially loved the outdoor and garden program but also learned a lot more academically than we anticipated. My son completed public school kindergarten a year before my daughter completed kindergarten at SunGarden so I had a close comparison. SunGarden and Montessori education gave my daughter excellent preparation for 1st grade. The only things that were hard for her transitioning to public school were being frustrated that she couldn't explore/continue a topic/learning more in depth and that she was used to the peaceful SunGarden ways of purposeful interactions and teachers really in-tune to child behavior (i.e. being able to observe the child and respond/guide from their whole personality/needs). I think these were great benefits of SunGarden and Montessori education in general, but a change when she went to public school. I definitely recommend anyone interested in Montessori education visit SunGarden to see if it is a good fit for your child/family.
