If you’re looking for a daycare I definitely recommend Pinnacle Montessori Alamo Ranch! the level of care and dedication from the entire staff is amazing. The teachers here are great — genuinely caring, attentive. They prioritize not only education but also emotional and social development, which has made a noticeable difference in our child's confidence and happiness. The teachers communicate well and keep us informed about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns, which gives us incredible peace of mind. The curriculum is engaging, and the Montessori approach encourages independence and curiosity. playground activities are fun with full of learning and discovering.

My daughter went here for a year in the 18 month- 3 year old room. The staff always stayed consistent. We moved from a different daycare that had constant staff changes and it was such a breath of fresh air. The room my daughter was in was always clean when I walked in every morning. Loved always being greeted when we walked in every morning. Loved the option to have cameras in her room to see her through out the day. The app is easy to communicate with the teachers on. My daughter is a picky eater so it was nice you have the option to bring your own lunch. Highly recommend this school/ daycare. Thank you Ms.CeCe, Ms. Liz, and Ms.Esia

It’s clear that the health, happiness and development of my baby are a priority. I love the teachers and staff here. They have made being a new and working mom/family so easy! They clearly communicate, making it a priority to partner with my husband and I in raising our baby. They know our child so well and are quick to act when something may be “off”. I love this school and am so proud to say this is where I send my baby.

So disappointed with the level of care my daughter received here. I had to move my daughter daycares to be closer to the house. I was very excited because I had read great reviews and the school offered many great learning activities for the kids. All that doesn’t matter when the teachers can’t even change a diaper. When it was time to change my daughter’s diaper at home I noticed that she had a major diaper rash and it was obvious that they had not changed her in hours. I understand that sometimes things can happen and no one’s perfect. But the fact that no one notified me that she was in that condition and instead let her go home very red and hurting is really upsetting and disappointing. wouldn’t bring my baby or toddler here. Their priorities are elsewhere when it comes to changing times. If I were to describe this place in 3 words it would be disorganized, disappointing, and negligent.

Staff has been amazing with every child. They use appropriate speech for each age, are unified in the Montessori method, see each child as an individual, & work with them on developing strengths. Each child is met where they are by all staff. This is our third year here, and it has been the best. I would give 5 stars on that alone. The previous 2 years, however, admin staff ended up costing us thousands of dollars total from consistent mishaps. Notices were different in the app, monthly emailed newsletter, and on signs hanging at school. Last minute changes to date and time were constant. Eventually a conversation was had to help them understand how much it can impact a family to try to make last minute accommodations, requiring several hours of time on short notice. The response felt dismissive. Because of that, I had originally offered one star. We continued going because everyone has been so great with all the kids however, and we are very happy we stuck around! They really have put the time and effort in to make administrative improvements this year, and we appreciate that.

My experience at Pinnacle Montessori of Alamo Ranch is a sad one. We were very hopeful about taking our daughter here and wasted some money. I don’t like posting bad reviews but I felt the need to warn other parents that have children with special needs. This is not the place for you. Not a place for children with special needs. I hope to save someone the heartache, money and feeling of hopelessness. I felt completely rejected and so hurt for my daughter after receiving our rejection letter. She had only gone here for a week and by Friday we had to start from scratch. Weeks of crying and trying to figure out what to do next was pretty hard on the whole family. It’s just sad how the special needs community is treated. I understand safety concerns and decided over the years that there is a lot of work to be done for these beautiful children. It is hard to find a daycare or school willing and ABLE to take on children with special needs without moving to Northern San Antonio. This might be the school for you but that just wasn’t the case for us.
