Most of the staff are great with the exception of Ragine( do not leave your kids with her )....the new owners are terrible and will lose a lot of business. Changes are great when done methodically and correctly. Branding execution is plain terrible! After 9 years we may need to start looking.

Little Red Caboose has been an absolute game-changer for our family! From day one, they’ve treated both of my daughters like their own, providing a nurturing and safe environment where they are genuinely excited to learn and grow every day. The teachers are incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure my girls are not just cared for but also engaged in fun and educational activities that keep their curious minds busy. We’ve seen such amazing progress in their skills, and they come home every day with a huge smile, eager to share what they have learned. If you want a place where your child will thrive, be loved, and actually enjoy their day while learning valuable skills, Little Red Caboose is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough!

We have experience in the infant rooms through 3 years and have had a wonderful experience with the teachers and staff. Very fortunate to have loving and caring people surrounding our children.

The school, the staff, the curriculum is absolutely amazing. I don’t think I can put into words how grateful I am that we found this school. My son loves coming here everyday during the week. He is so happy here and won’t walk out the door until he says goodbye to everyone. They are like family to us, and the love they have for the children and their families is unlike anything I’ve seen in a daycare. They are kind, understanding and so close to our hearts. I’d give this place 100 stars if I could. My son has sky rocketed here and i don’t worry about him being here like I have at other daycares. I love this place so much, thank you to the amazing staff that loves, cares for, and teaches my child everyday. Y’all are the greatest ♥️

I don't even know where to begin to describe just how wonderful Little Red Caboose is! Between my two children they have been there for 7 years and I would not trust anyone else the way I trust them. They make you feel like friends and family. Both of my girls feel like everyone at LRC is are a huge part of their lives. They have something very special there that I did not feel at our first daycare experience. Elaine and Stefanie truly care about the safety and well being of every child there. Many of the families I know from there have stayed from the time their baby goes in to the time they have to leave because they age out. You cannot pick a more caring environment for your children!

This daycare is exceptional. As a first time mom, I was overly anxious putting my child into daycare. Everything about LRC exceeded my expectations. The Owner, Directors, and all the teachers took the absolute best care of my baby girl. They truly love and care each of those children like they are their own. I switched jobs and had to relocate my daughter to a different daycare, but I will never forget the amazing people at LRC who became like family while we were there!

One of the best childcare facilities around. You will not find a better staff, They cook all of the meals in house and my kids love it. They also taught all three of my children to swim. LRC has helped to shape all three of my children into amazing kids

As first-time parents in 2018, the search for an affordable yet top-notch daycare was daunting. After an exhaustive hunt, we discovered Little Red Caboose (LRC), primarily due to the glowing recommendation from a trusted colleague who had entrusted all four of their children to this establishment. Gratefully, this turned out to be a decision that shaped our children's early years in the most positive and impactful way possible. One of the initial factors that drew us to LRC was the combination of affordability and a high level of consistent quality. Compared to other options in the area, the cost was notably the most reasonable, which was a huge relief for us. What set LRC apart, however, was its dedicated and experienced staff. Most teachers had tenure exceeding several years, with some educators boasting over two decades within LRC. This meant our children weren't encountering new faces on a daily basis. Our eldest child thoroughly enjoyed his time at LRC, and as a family, we established deep, meaningful relationships with both the teachers and administrative staff over the next five years. When our second child arrived in 2021, there was no hesitation - we knew that LRC would be the perfect environment for him too. LRC's incorporation of swimming classes in the summers (at no extra cost) was huge confident booster for our oldest. Witnessing the transformation in his confidence, from his first hesitant swim to confident strokes, was nothing short of amazing. The teachers' empathy and dedication were evident in every aspect of their interaction with our children. We developed a strong rapport with each teacher during our time there. Leaving San Antonio became a more difficult decision than anticipated because we didn't want to disrupt our youngest child's experience at LRC. Now, with our older son in kindergarten, we are reaping the rewards of his time spent at LRC. His kindergarten teacher has noted his exceptional progress and stated that he has met several academic milestones, inquiring about his Pre-K education due to the evident preparation he brought into his kindergarten class. We have had 100% positive experiences with Little Red Caboose over the last 8 months. The teachers and directors are so thoughtful in the way they treat the kids. My kid has medical issues they have to manage, and I have been so impressed with how well they have handled it. Every day when I pick up my kid, most of the kids in the class give goodbye hugs. My child loves her teachers and friends, comes home with fun art projects every day, and gets to take swimming and soccer lessons at school. We are so fortunate to have found such a great place for our child to spend her days.
