Horrible experience with my son, an incident and the way management handled it. Corporate office doesn't respond back. Would not show video of the incident and promised a refund and never received. beware. beware.

Don’t even know where to start with this post. This has been such a wonderful experience for our family. The teachers have such a special bond with our daughter (and even ones she no longer has in her age/class still come out to hug her and see how she’s doing). The consistency in care, updates throughout the day, and just pure love we have been shown have been life changing for us. It’s so hard to send your kid off while you work, but I know she’s going to have an even better day during work weeks because she’s THERE. Thank you to all who’ve helped raise our baby. We are so grateful for The Academy at Harpeth.

The school was a game changer for my son. The teachers are loving, caring and the administration is always going extra miles to help us. Cannot think of a better child care and preschool.

This is a top-of-the-line daycare! The facility is beautiful. The teachers are amazing. My grandson loves his new school!

I can't express how much I love this place. I had my son with a nanny until he was 14 months and transitioning here was so easy. They really just care about the kids and it shows.

The Academy at Harpeth Village has been beyond our wildest dreams. When we started looking for a school for our first born we were very selective and feel like we have found the best preschool out there! We feel so lucky and blessed to have teachers and staff such as Liza Naber and Rita Clay that love our boy beyond just the classroom. They are exceptional at what they do and he looks forward to going every day. Every teacher and class we’ve been to have all been such a huge blessing to our family. We love it here!

We've been attending since 2018 and we're grateful to all past and current staff. Operating a daycare is very challenging, but our overall experience has been quite positive. Over the years I've learned its so easy to be critical of how a daycare operates or manages. And with many options in the Nashville area, finding a new one isn't so tough. Taking inventory of what's most important and making that known to staff and administrators is essential, regardless of where you end up. This takes a genuine willingness to build a partnership and maintain honest, direct communication. While I've had reasons to gripe on occasion, and much less often in more recent years, I know the leadership's doors are always open, children's safety is #1, and they are great group of people that genuinely love what they do. We love them all, and so does my son! The bonds they've helped foster and the values they've helped to instill will prove vital as he starts elementary school. Thank you Academy of Harpeth Village!

We've been sending our two boys here for about 6 months now, and it has been life changing! Our oldest is 4, and he is a wild ball of energy that needs a healthy balance of both activity and learning. The staff fully embraces his quirky personality and are forgiving that he very rarely naps (this was a point of conflict at other places). He gets upset when he has to stay home from school, which speaks volumes. Our other child (who is just under 2) is developmentally delayed and sees four therapists a month. Upon starting him at this daycare, we saw an immediate explosion of growth with him. All of his teachers work so intentionally and diligently. They are truly invested in his growth, and it often brings tears to my eyes to see him so loved. EVERYONE knows everyone here. They ALL say hello every morning. I would not consider sending my boys anywhere else, as I spend each week being thankful we were able to get them both in.
