I'm crossposting the review that my husband put on Yelp about this facility here, as leadership has had other negative reviews that have been posted taken down. I think parents considering this facility have the right to know what's truly going on: "Our daughter had been (we finally pulled her due to gross incompetence among admin and aggressively rude behavior when we dared to voice our concerns) at Primrose Mueller for four months. During that time, she was moved across three different classrooms, each with different teachers. There was zero preparation to ease any transitions between spaces. There was zero communication between teachers to provides specifics about our child. This lack of communication was, we found, symptomatic of a much larger problem. The on-site manager, with support from higher level administrators, operates this location under a zone of secrecy. They actively discourage teachers from communicating pieces of information with parents that could affect the health and safety of children. Illnesses are not reported to parents in a timely manner. Children who are still symptomatic are allowed to return early to classrooms. Children with obvious behavioral issues are not sent home to work with parents. Classroom temperature controls don't seem to work, and any expression of concern is met with gaslighting. One afternoon we went to pick up our daughter and nobody knew where she was, leading to a frantic search over a several minute period. The teachers are generally doing their best, but the people running the location care more about the perception of a smooth operation than (a) it's actual execution and (b) the health and well-being of children. Teachers who dare to provide relevant information to parents are reprimanded and/or dismissed. Parents who voice concerns to the higher-ups are met with gaslighting behavior, aggressive tones, and deflection of blame. You couldn't pay me to send my child back here under its current management. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid a disastrous experience." The photos included in this review are of ownership's response, attempting to mischaracterize the situation we endured, and my clarifying response.

After careful thought and consideration, I wanted to post my personal experience while taking the emotion out of it. I waited for over a year to get my son finally enrolled and was ecstatic when we got in. However, the orientation was rushed and on our first day, he had no cubby, there was no place to put his things, and he came home in a whole different outfit that was not his. The teachers were unaware of where his backpack was as well as the soiled clothes. Over the course of two weeks, my cheerful happy son would cling to me and cry every time I dropped off where this has never been the case in any other scenario. When I would get home to change his diaper, there were fecal remnants left because he wasn't wiped down properly enough. I watched my son get tackled by another child at pick up as all the kids rushed to get picked up clearly seeing the teachers had no control over the classroom. Each day there were different teachers and the whole place lacked consistency and I had to fill out more than one incident report per week where my child was injured for one reason or another. When I approached the staff about my concerns, they simply brushed it off as an adjustment for everyone. When scenario after scenario kept happening, the staff and I had come to an agreement that me and my son were not a great "culture fit" for Primrose. If that's the culture, I don't want to be a part of it. I will say I walked by multiple classrooms with happy teachers and maybe a lot more established, so not to say it can't be a great fit for your little one. I can only speak in regards to my 2 year olds class and for the age group, the staff was not equipped to handle an adjustment of this magnitude. My son easily transitioned in to another facility, comes home smiling, and I know I made the right decision to leave. I advise for parents to do their research and actually know the staff that will be teaching their kids before blindly enrolling based on a name, especially with the premium prices and intense waitlist for a possible spot that you may not want.

Everyone we’ve encountered during our time with Primrose has been extremely professional, friendly, and great with our daughter. We could not recommend Primrose more.

We love Primrose! We have had nothing but a good experience from the entire team. Leaving your child with someone else can be a stressful situation but the team here has put me at ease. They communicate very well and the care that is provided is the best in the city
