We have had such an incredible experience with PM Schertz! All of my child’s educators and care givers have been nothing short of amazing. They truly care deeply for all of the children. Our daughter has thrived here and learned SO much.

10/10!!!!! I don’t even have the words to explain how great this place is. I transferred my son when he was a little over a year and it was the best decision I made. The director, Cheryl makes sure everything about Pinnacle Montessori is great; from the staff, the cleanliness, the events, the communication, the curriculum, the summer in house field trips, and so much more I am beyond happy with my son here and trust recommending this place to anyone! Lastly- I like how they give you the option to add camera access if you feel the need, but not a requirement. Sometimes transitioning your kid to another place is giving a lot of trust- makes the transition a lot smoother and ease your mind!!! Overall I have nothing negative to say since I’ve had my son enrolled in Jan 2023! Thank you Pinnacle Montessori- Schertz, Cheryl, & all the Staff!!!

We are so lucky to have found Pinnacle Montessori Schertz. The staff, facilities and curriculum are top notch and my 2 year old thrives at this school. His teacher cares about his development and the administration staff cares about the children as well. Very clean, organized and well put together facility.

Omg! I don’t know where to start! This school is AMAZING! My daughter has been there since she was 8 months. She has learned so much and is amazing me on the growth of a 2 year old. She talks so much and is so smart! She’s had multiple teachers since she has advanced to different classes, and they all have been wonderful with her. If there is any issues they address it with me and help the issue. Kids will be kids, so biting, pushing, pinching, and other things kids do are understandable. But they fix the issue and watch the kids to stop the issue. I highly recommend putting your kids in this school! My newborn will be attending in 2 months.

It is with regret that I have to write this because I do not like to pose discredit to any business. I only write this as a father speaking to both parents (mother and father) who are considering this place. I’m not guy who cares for reviews to appease some emotion I have towards a business. I’m also not a father who goes to great lengths to bite anyones head off because they sneeze my children’s way. I just kindly remove them from the scene. That being said, I know we as parents have to work, and sometimes we just need “somewhere”, and sometimes “anywhere”, to put our minions so that we can continue to put in their mouths and ours. Let me get to it… From the director to SOME of the daycare workers (they aren’t teachers, remember that), this place is not the business. They give you the initial tour and it’s quite the pitch, I must say. My son had a great provider (within the facility) initially. I won’t throw names because that’s not what this is about… So my little guy is just a normal two year old. I know every parent convinces themselves of their children being normal lol. But, seriously, he’s just a normal two year old who’s learning, loving, vibrant, poopy, and most importantly, TWO YEARS OLD (capitalization for emphasis). We all know that relationships are important for them at that age because they are depending on adults to teach them and work with them. Well… When a daycare worker is bland, no spirit, and frustrated (what I saw on camera a few times, unbeknownst them), you begin to wonder strongly and quickly about who your money is going to for the care of your little one. He was written up countless times, as if he was in prison. Some of the workers thought the write ups were bogus because, they have different interactions with my son (positive). I watched on camera, in their lobby, “normal” two year olds being two year olds when two of the workers have their backs turned to 50% of the little ones in their class for 3 minutes (I clocked it). The last sentence is important to remember. So my son hits students, gets hit by students and supposedly bit the teacher. I keep asking myself how a 2 foot tall person with the strength of a squirrel and the speed of a turtle, bites a grown women. Keep in mind, this what was said. No proof. Can’t see camera footage of the incident because you have to get “permission” from other parents. Albeit they have an entire apparatus of live stream in every classroom right in the front lobby. Right?! Yes. Whatever you are thinking on the logic of that, you’re spot on. It doesn’t make sense. Lastly, here lies the kicker. The Director. Now, you would think the director would be supportive in whatever was supposed to be happening in working with my wife and wife to try and fix some terrible behavior that my son mysteriously has when he’s around a very particular set of workers. Nope, the director uses language to explain expulsion. Oh Oh, I forgot to mention, if you sit and watch 2 year olds run around for at minimum, 15 minutes, you will see an MTV cribs episode, and that is exactly what I saw. I saw hitting, selfishness, greed, crying, and two daycare workers who can care less about those kids. The director has a waiting list, you think she cares if your child isn’t there. It’s a business. That’s all this daycare is. To which I understand. But, that isn’t gee whiz knowledge. That’s me being emphatic about the overall nature of this place. But, on the initial tour, you’ll see what you’re supposed to see. If it looks to good to be true, warm and welcoming daycare workers, smiles, kids sitting down… It should give you pause. This may not be every parent’s experience, I grant that, but I’m just giving you mine and if your child ends up with those two workers, I warned you.

Our family feels so lucky to have been able to enroll our daughter at Pinnacle Montessori of Schertz. Her teacher, Ms. Emily, truly cares for Isla. Isla loves her as well. Ms. Emily is very good at keeping an open line of communication between us. She is so attentive and caring. I love that we can see what Isla is doing any time throughout the day by using the unify protect app. I hope to stay with Pinnacle until Isla ages out.

The staff are very welcoming, informative, and professional. Our son enjoys his time there and we can see that he is learning.
