My son has spent 2 years here and we are thrilled. The teachers are on the pulse of each child and work with the parents on all aspects of childhood development individualized to your child. Lots of education for the parents too about development and the Montessori method. For the toddlers, the student:teacher ratio is the best in town and a big part of the reason we ended up here, luckily for us there is sooo many more reasons to bring your children here. The classrooms are well organized, the "works" are swapped out regularly, and the children learn to behave in an orderly fashion that meets the rhythm of the classroom. Potty training is awesome. There are different "feels" in each class, which allows parents to choose the environment they think is best suited for their child, creating a team environment with the home environment. The expected toddler issues that arise are handled appropriately with care, privacy, and individual solutions based on the children involved. Our son moved up to primary this year and the transition was lengthily considered and smoothly carried out. "Munson" is the 80 lb bulldog mascot that the children love. He is gentle, protective and perceptive. He is a great addition to the animals in the classrooms that are there to teach the children to care for others - animals and humans - in a caring and respectful way. Just a small part of a very thoughtfully well-rounded experience that these children are exposed to and taught about/within.

This place truly is where the magic happens. Our Childs development has been amazing continues to flourish in this school. The teachers and staff are like an extended family for us. To have a true authentic Montessori school is hard to find and we are so lucky to have access to this right in our backyard. My child is independent, has great problem solving skills, is polite and graceful and was potty trained at 18 months because of my Childs desire and the environment of this school. I would unequivocally recommend this school and this community of parents it's truly a blessing to be a part of this community and watching our kids grow up responsible, independent contributing members of society by being nurtured in a Montessori approach that teaches to your individual child.
