Well it’s Christmas Day and we’re on school break. I’m feeling so much gratitude for the wonderful teachers here at Montessori International that I wanted to express it in the moment. My fourth grade son has been attending this school for about five months, and in that time we’ve seen him grow increasingly relaxed, happy and confident. In this school, he has found a home where he feels supported in putting some of his precious energy toward his greatest passions. Because he is allowed this rare opportunity, he is more accepting about having to do work repetitive work such as practicing math facts. He has great respect and admiration for his teachers, and wants to please them. As parents we are feeling inspired to trust in his ideas and abilities and help him take advantage of his fiery youthful energy by doing our part to support his passions. For the first time in the duration of our son’s elementary education I feel I can exhale and relax knowing my son is in good hands. We’ve found our match! Our love and heartfelt thank you goes to all of the Montessori International teachers and staff! Happy holidays!❤️✨

Both of our kids have attended here since preschool and they love it. It is a safe, nurturing, kind environment that feels like a true community. Both are doing well and demonstrate learning above their grade level. I wouldn’t want my children to go anywhere else. The school does a wonderful job of including art, music, and nature with the normal subjects and works with the kids at their own level to help them learn in a way that works for them. During this time with COVID the teachers did an amazing job of transitioning to all online teaching within a week of the change and it worked well for both kids. We are so glad to have the opportunity for our kids to learn at this school and they can’t wait to get back to all in person learning there.

My daughter started here when she was just 18 months old. She is now entering her 4th grade year at 9 years old. I can't say enough great things about this school. At the conclusion of her third grade year, the students had to take a standardized test. She tested off the charts with her aptitude in every subject being SEVERAL grades higher. And as proud as I am about the incredible progress she has made I'm most happy that she has developed a love of learning that will last a lifetime. That alone is worth every dime in tuition.

Both of my daughters have been here since they were around three months old. As a career educator (teacher, administrator and consultant), I try to temper my expectations and desires for my children's school experience with an understanding of what the reality of classroom life is like. No need here! The teachers my girls have had are utterly devoted to children, setting clear and loving boundaries, holding them in high esteem regardless of age, and helping them develop independence and autonomy as they grow and learn the world. Every classroom/house I've visited has the same warm, calm, joyful atmosphere as the children move through their work with a sense of purpose and clear compassion for one another and their teachers. I joke with my friends that I have the only kid who cries at pickup! She always wants to stay a little longer, and is full of stories at home of the adventures she had at school. As a working parent, the peace of mind I have knowing that my daughters are here all day is invaluable. I know that they are well-looked after, challenged, and loved. The teachers, school director, and office manager are proactive and communicative, and it's been a joy to be part of this community of families and educators for going on three years.
