Mighty Sprouts has always felt like a second home for us. While we've now enrolled our toddler in the Universal Pre-K program, we still rely on Mighty Sprouts for secondary care, and our little one loves returning—whether it's to visit her friends, her teachers, or the Director. The Director runs a well-organized program, keeping parents consistently informed about changes, staffing updates, and last-minute adjustments due to inclement weather. After going through the Pre-K process, we've appreciated how smoothly things ran at Mighty Sprouts. If you're looking for a nurturing, community-based environment with caring teachers and a highly communicative Director who ensures everything runs seamlessly, Mighty Sprouts is the place for your child.

We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience our children had at this Montessori school over the past three years. This school truly embodies the concept of a “village” in the best possible way. The professionalism of the staff is unmatched, and their dedication to creating a nurturing and enriching environment is evident in everything they do. The school’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive community has been particularly meaningful to us. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful extras like Parent-Nights-Out, which provided much-needed respite and a chance to connect with other parents. The in-house birthday parties were always a hit with the kids, and the Parent Advisory Committee offered a valuable platform for parent engagement and feedback. We will genuinely miss the amazing staff and the sense of community they’ve built. Their passion for early childhood Montessori education and their unwavering support for every child is truly inspiring. Thank you for everything.

This daycare, especially the director, has been near impossible to work with. When we brought up concerns regarding our kid’s care, the director's response was either we were understaffed so the teachers just forgot, or denied that what we described happened at all. When pressed on what could be mitigating solutions to make sure certain lapses in care do not happen again, the director became defensive and used very strong language to turn the blame on us instead. Ultimately, instead of addressing any questions or concerns, they expelled our child with false claims, and now he’s happy and free, as are we.

Unfortunately, our experience at this daycare was consistently disappointing. Here's why: -Safety Concerns: We were alarmed early on when each parent received a text message containing multiple photos of our child plus a vague message from an unknown number, causing significant worry. It was ultimately attributed to internal staff conflict, which was unsettling. -High Staff Turnover: We frequently encountered new teachers, which made it difficult for our child to establish a consistent bond. Out of the original four teachers in his classroom, only 1 remain after a year, and we have seen them cycle through three to four different full time teachers for that classroom, plus a couple more temps in the mean time. -Inadequate Care: Our child was once fed 12oz milk in feeding (more than double his usual) just to stop him from crying, he threw up in the car afterwards. There were many instances where he came home with dried poop on his butt. There was also a stretch of two days when they forgot to offer him milk at all. -Ignoring Medical Information: The director disregarded our child's primary pediatrician's notes on multiple occasions, creating unnecessary confusion and delaying our child's return to daycare after illness. -False Emergency: During a minor earthquake, the director falsely claimed a state-wide emergency, requiring all parents to pick up their child within the hour, causing us to rush to pick up our child and miss work needlessly. -Poor Communication: Inclement weather notice was always communication at the ery last minute, such as past 10pm the prior day, or on the day itself. Once the director even contradicted her own message the night before and announced a same day closure at 8am. Overall, this daycare lacked stability and clear guidelines, impacting our trust and satisfaction. We cannot recommend it based on our experience.

The Mighty Sprouts Montessori Center is an ESSENTIAL source of community and support in my family's life. The center director hires excellent educators who pour love and care and intention into the encouragement, nourishment, and learning of each child in the center. My son has been enrolled for the last two years, and every step of the way, from the infant room when he was just twelve months old, to the toddler room, to the preschool room, he has had incredible social development and made wonderful little friends. He loves going to school each day, we get detailed updates via an app throughout the day about Montessori learning cycles, naps, and meals, and when he comes home every day he can't wait to tell us the amazing things he has learned. It is a wonderful, warm, social family atmosphere. My daughter, who will be born in a matter of days, will begin as a student in the infant room at 3 months of age, and I have every confidence that she will benefit from having sweet teachers who are wonderful collaborators with her loving parents. It was very hard for me to make the decision to enroll my son in daycare, when he turned one, because there was no way for my husband and I to work and support our family otherwise. Finding Mighty Sprouts Montessori has been a profound blessing in our lives. As a PhD in education, I could not have more confidence in this investment in the growth of our kids.

A large source of anxiety, especially in the world we live in, are who you choose to take care of your children when you are not around. I am beyond thrilled that we got our 2 enrolled in MSM. Not only do we feel secure in what they do educationally day to day, but the people they have on staff keeps me at ease. They love my kids and it shows. Thank you MSM!

We could not be more pleased with Mighty Sprouts! Our daughter has totally blossomed under the care of the wonderful teachers there - they really go the extra mile to pay attention to her individual needs and work collaboratively with us to support her.
