The atmosphere, the director, and all of the staff are outstanding! They are incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and so patient. They managed to squeeze in my 4 year old for a last minute short term summer spot. And she had an absolute blast the entire time she was there. The field trips are innovative and super unique. As a parent, I looked forward to hearing about what the class was doing and seeing pictures. I highly recommend you speak to Marie and her staff!

I absolutely love this place for my boys. We tried a place down in Pueblo West and it just wasn’t the same, so my son is going back. The staff and kids all around are amazing.

We absolutely loved this place. It broke our hearts to be moving away because of the great care our child received here. I highly recommend this place for a clean, safe and fun learning environment.

Thought it was a good environment at first until I found out multiple times the teacher for my daughter's classroom regularly abandons the classroom as do many of the teachers, leaving the classrooms chronically understaffed and classrooms being combined which meant my daughterwas over stimulated and under supervised frequently. Went once to pick up my daughter and no adult was in the classroom. Teacher told me she was training for special education but did not seem to comprehend my special needs daughter in any way. Because the teacher frequently abandoned the classroom during pick up time, I was unable to speak to her regarding an incident report involving my daughter in which she ended up having bruises around her neck. My daughter and I really needed childcare to work and have tried multiple options just to be failed here as well.

If I could rate these guys less I would. They have no care for your situation or actually care about your children. I brought up issues I had concerns of about my children and instead of look at their teachers and try to investigate, they decide to start being mean to my kids and cause my kids to be terrified of going to daycare I would NEVER take your child here all they care about is money. You child will not be taken care of! They are also always understaffed and ask that you keep your children home so their teachers can have a break

Attempted two appointments to view the facility to have our toddler attend. First time, they were understaffed and didn’t find it necessary to call and inform for a reschedule. During the second appointment we stood in the front office for 10 minutes where we were seen and ignored. While waiting, the two available teachers were speaking to each other in an agitated tones. I can only hope that they are more attentive to the children they watch.

The center at mesa would always tell the parents to keep their kids home because the center does not clean the facility correctly which resulted in children constantly getting ill, and then would charge the parents a fee if we kept the children home due to the center asking us to. Also due to high weather alert if they are open and you do not feel safe driving they will still charge you even though the childrens public school would be cancel they would still charge you to keep your child at home and safe. The center ALWAYS had sicknesses and illness at the center affecting everyone including babies so far ringworm, flu, pink eye etc has been exposed here multiple times! They over charge the parents for care when the children are not learning anything, they play all day and there is no curriculum to ensure a better education. One of the teachers would yell at the kids till her face was red in which i witness her frustration, I had to take my child out. Even with government assistance the center would charge me $200 a month just for my child to attend for 2 hours out of the school week because their busing doesn't pick up west elementary students which is closer than other schools they are dedicated to picking up. Not to mention they had a MAN who dealt with the children's food asking other women and children calling him "Ms." when that is not what I teach my CHILD in my home, behavior like this causes confusion, he also always smelt like cigarettes coming in from outside. In result to this the children gotten sick off of the food he served at least twice since the new director took over. With Elizabeth the old director they were no problems at all. Do not send your child here, your better off going to the YMCA or kindercare off Vindicator or finding a personal care taker for your child. Too many problems and I am not the only parent who took their child out due to the same problems I had which says a lot. I'm sorry some people who work there definitely deserve better because they are ALWAYS short staffed in which the staff would get sick also. I could see this facility shutting down in the next few months or a year. My child has been going here for 3 years and we just had to take her out due to too many problems and not enough care for the children which also resulted me into changing my work schedule because of how dysfunctional this center is. Not to mention the weird way they charge you month after month adding different charges every month and telling you your child can't come back unless you settle a bill of 200 when in reality it should be way less. And the App they have barely works nor do the care takers take notes for your child so you can keep updates throughout the day to know how your child is doing. They started off really good until last year. Very disappointed.
