Gateway Preschool & Childcare

Forever grateful for this place! My girls loved it, and I felt so safe with them here. The teachers are so kind and caring and I am so sad we graduated, wish we could have stayed forever.

We love Gateway! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my two girls. They truly love each and every child that steps foot into their center. Their location and operating hours are convenient for the working moms and dads. The staff members have a relationship with each parent and openly communicate details of the day, activities and behavior of the children. Their price is competitive and they also offer vacation days to each attendee, which is hard to find elsewhere. Smaller class sizes mean more 1:1 time with each kid. I’ll say it again, we love Gateway and will always speak highly of this childcare center and their gracious and loving staff!

Always feel comfortable dropping my children off. They are always learning something nee everyday. Staff are always friendly and my kids love all the teachers.

I have had 2 kids at Gateway and started both when they were 7 weeks old. My son is currently in the PreK class and he LOVES it! Both my kids have made friends and my oldest still plays with a friend she made when she was 2 and she's almost 9. I highly recommend Gateway and kudos to the staff for loving on kids!

We love Gateway!! It’s place I feel comfortable and safe sending my two boys. We have been attending Gateway for over 3 years (since my oldest was 4 months old) and even through COVID, I never once questioned their standards. They are easy to communicate with whether its regarding financial issues, dietary restrictions, scheduling or more. I’ll be so sad when my boys graduate Pre-K as the center has been a second home for my boys. They’ve learned so much here. The center is fair, reasonable and there for you and your kids on good days and bad!! If you’re looking for a place - ask for a tour, meet the teachers and tell them I sent you ;)

I am so happy I found Gateway Preschool and Childcare Center! My three kids, all different ages, have attended since they were 3 months old. The teachers at GPCC truly care about each child, treating them as if they were their own. My kids have learned so much while at the center; my 3-year old could spell and write her name when she was just shy of 3.5 years old!! The center has fun days (PJ days, Silly Hair day, Foam parties, Water days, etc) too! The communication with the Director to the parents has been great. I am very happy with the care that has been provided to my kids and would recommend anyone to this childcare center!

Staff is absolutely wonderful! Our newborn and toddler come home learning something new daily!

Mixed reviews for the baby room... there were some great things there with a lot of potential. Pros: great separate sleep area, regular arts and crafts incorporated, laundry done for spoiled clothes, lots of toys, texted pictures of your baby, washed bottles, some great staff members, babies are introduced to religion and God :) Cons: baby to daycare provider ratio. There were many instances when my husband and I would visit our daughter while she was enrolled where there would be only 1 provider in the room with a large ratio of babies. We were not well received on many of our visits during our lunch breaks (since we would get dirty looks), the afternoon aide had her infant baby in the room which was a conflict of interest, especially when she was the only person in the room while breastfeeding her own son, the main door lock was broken frequently and lastly the admin shorted us on our last monthly payment refund by $100. The admin was rude when I pointed out the error and never took accountability or apologized for the mistake. Thankfully, the pastor got the involved and corrected the matter. Otherwise, I would recommend the preschool room as we had a good experience with Ms. Julie.
