Update to previous review: Our children still attend this school and while we do still recommend it, there have been so many changes in the last couple of years that have impacted many of the reasons we originally recommended it. If I were a new family looking for a charter school option in Austin, I would keep this on my list for consideration, but would also look at other options that may better meet your family's needs, especially around building community and connection between the school and families, as well as meeting the individual needs of your child. ----- Our children have attended this school for 4 years, and we could not ask for a better community. The children remain in the same classroom for 3 years (PK3-K, 1st-3rd, 4th-6th) and it gives them such a sense of connection that they thrive beyond all my hopes. Academically, they are able to work on whichever level is best for them instead of having to stay "on level" with their entire class. It's such a wonderful personalized learning environment that is not typically found in schools today.

Wonderful environment for children with a beautiful campus. My son LOVES his school, teachers, and caring staff. We couldn’t be happier with our sons lovely community. Shout out to Ms. Yolanda for being absolutely the best teacher.

My children were at this school for 8 years since the beginning. It has been a great journey. There are many caring staff and teachers there and it's a nice campus. They also have good parent involvement and a good sense of community.
