My daughter genuinely hated it there. She attended preschool for a limited time (she had been to Montessori schools previously) but we pulled her out because she was miserable. The final straw was a teacher laughing and allowing an older child to bully my daughter into cutting her hair. I really regret sending her to this school and I wish there was an opening at the Montessori school when we moved into town.

Love this school I have tired 3 other schools before KLA and this the best one my son has shown so much improvement since he started a month ago the teachers and admin has been so helpful with transition and with any questions we may have

My grandson Christian absolutely loves going to this school. Out of three other day care centers, we finally found the perfect fit for my grandson. He would cry all the way to school, we decided to pull him out of all the schools, we said we'd give it one more try and decided on KLA. OMG what a huge difference, he wakes up every morning eager to make it school. I can't thank the staff and teachers enough for their help and support in making him comfortable and cared for. Thank you KLA.

Too many issues to count to safely recommend this location for any child. We left several months ago due to significant security and accountability concerns, notably the lack of any person attending the front (so anyone with a door code can come in or just follow someone through), the checkin/checkout system was constantly broken, we were rarely informed of issues with our child, and had to ask questions about why our child was not fed his bottle that day, injuries, etc. Just this week, KLA made an unauthorized withdrawal of more than $4000 from our bank, despite us not being associated with KLA for over 3 months. While the accounting issue has been resolved, in no way should any bank info have been retained once we parted ways with KLA, and this should be a significant concern to anyone enrolling at this location. Ms. Shavonne Lang, the head of the school, exhibited significant lack of initiative, apathy, and lacks personal accountability, which is absolutely unacceptable when dealing with babies and toddlers. Even from the start, I had to reach out to her multiple times (eventually in person) about getting the access codes for the door, amongst other onboarding tasks, which should have been sent to us prior to our first day, where we had to show up and figure out what to do. Even when we decided to cancel our relationship wit KLA, I ended up having to contact KLA corporate for forms and clarification, due to Ms. Lang's inaction and unresponsiveness. I similarly had to contact KLA corporate about getting the bank draft resolved, as Ms. Lang effectively shrugged it off as if it weren't her problem. My wife eventually received apologies for the mixup, though mostly from the finance person, while Ms. Lang largely criticized my own conversations with her, and that I shouldn't have been so upset. I fully expect her to write a retort to deflect the blame on the "system", or some other entity that isn't her. Remember, $4000 is much more than many people's mortgages and we only saw the withdrawal because we happened to check our bank account that morning. I would advise anyone to reconsider sending their child to this place. There is a lot of potential at this location, but clearly leadership is dragging the place down, and it clearly hasn't gotten better in the 3 months since we left.

I have had my son Jameson in the school and have thoroughly enjoyed the faculty and staff under Mrs Lang. Mrs. SARAH has been great with our son in the transition to the school from being at home with dad and going to work with dad and mom. In this day and age we can't trust people to care for our children but my wife and I have really loved how well Jameson is taken care of. Cons The building is lacking several structural and safety concerns due to poor upkeep. I tell people that if your are not fixing stuff daily you are behind. This building is years behind. There are no lights on the whole exterior of the building working which is a huge safety concern to me as a prior Law Enforcement Officer. There are several major weight bearing posts rotted that the kids are underneath while outside during outdoor activities. The gym out back has had no attention except here recently when I asked to help with my crew to make things better until the owner of the school would fix the issues. We emptied the three rooms of gym where tons of leftover furniture, books, exercise equipment and shelves were stored by the previous school. All coming out of my own pocket to make the school a better and safer place for my child and his friends. Please have the same love for the school as your faculty, parents and staff and address these major concerns immediately.

Wonderful experience here during Summer programs. I really admire the curriculum & fundamental approach. Highly recommend for your kiddos.
