We’re so glad we found Ivybrook! My son has been going since he was 18 months, and he absolutely loves it there. His teachers have been wonderful, and he’s learning so much every day. There are other schools closer to us, but Ivybrook was definitely the right fit. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child can truly thrive!

Can not speak highly enough of Miss Meghan, Miss Lani, & Miss KK. This is my first time having my two kids in a school and as tender as it is to drop them off it is amazing to see how well they are cared for. Communication 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Safety 10/10 So glad we found Ivybrook!

We started our (almost) 2 year old in Ivybrook Frisco in August in the 18-24 month class. We are 8 weeks in and our high expectations have been exceeded substantially. We are very happy with our decision of enrolling our child. Ms. Meghan, Ms. K, and Ms. Val have all been amazing since Day 1. We cant recommend enough!

We're so glad we found Ivybrook Academy for our son. He's happy and loves going to school. He was only 18 months when he joined, it was a difficult decision but the staff and teachers at Ivybrook made it easy and comfortable for us. He loves his teacher Ms. Kanyu.

We love Ivybrook Academy! This is our toddler’s first school year attending Ivybrook and in just a short time he has learned so much. As a parent I can appreciate the love and support the teachers pour into the children. We receive daily photos of what he does throughout the day as well as a personalized curriculum that is structured around his development. I truly recommend Ivybrook to all parents looking for a great school for their little ones!

I don't often write reviews... but I have to for Ivybrook Frisco! My kids (3.5 year old and 2 year old) both go to Ivybrook, and it has been a game changer for me and my kids. My kids absolutely love going to school. My 2-year old had attended a different daycare, and she was non-stop crying at that location that we decided to pull her just after a couple of days (this location had livestreaming, so we were able to watch how she was doing). My 3.5 year old also attended that location for a little over a month, but we left because it just didn't seem to be a good fit. Then we tried Ivybrook (they offer free trial days, hopefully they still do!), and both my kids love it! They especially love their teachers, and I do too! 🙂 It makes me so happy to see how much my kids love their days at Ivybrook. They offer a lot of hands-on/sensory experiences/activities, which I love. They update the app with pictures throughout the day. Teachers and the management team really care about the kids. Ivybrook is a new half-day preschool (but I think they will be offering afternoon sessions starting in March), so the class sizes are small right now, which I loooove and I actually secretly wish the class size would stay small, but it's also a business, and I want them to continue providing amazing care/education to many kids! Update (10/2024): Just wanted to update this review and say that my kids are still attending Ivybrook, and we are still loving the teachers and staff!! So thankful that we found Ivybrook. We had our meeting with the kids’ teachers today. They provide such thoughtful insight and advice for our kids. They keep a folder with some of the kids’ work and show how much our kids have grown. I was told that we get this folder when our kids graduate from Ivybrook. It will be fun to gift it to my kids when the graduate from high school!

We couldn't be happier with Ivy Brook academy. My first child graduated here in June 2024 this year, and now my second is attending. The consistency is incredible—the owners, director, and teachers truly love and care for the kids. After touring many schools and dealing with teachers/ staff shortages elsewhere, we knew this was the right place. Communication with teachers is excellent; we regularly receive updates and photos about our child's progress. Both of my children love the school! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the positive environment. We are so thankful to have found this school and for our kids to be attending! :-)

An amazing preschool brand in every way. If you're looking for a place where your child can grow in every way, I highly encourage you to bring them to Ivybrook!

I want to share what I am experiencing so that this may help someone else. I enrolled my son for fall during the summer because I wanted him to be prepared for school. I paid the registration $250 and the Tuition $845 before he started on 8/1. During the tour I wasn’t told that the kids need to be picked up at 12pm on the dot. Most places give at least 10-15 min to pick children up. The director told me they charge $25 if the child is not picked up within the first and tenth minute after 12 and then $1 for each min. They told me the city doesn’t allow them to keep children after 12pm so they charge $25 to deter you from picking up late. My job is remote consulting and it is very likely that I will have a call from 11-12 pm. I told the director on the first day that my son wouldn’t be able to attend because of my work schedule and the school being in a high traffic area. The director, Megan, emailed me and said that to cancel they would have to charge me for September tuition also because a 30 day notice is required. This broke my heart because I can’t afford to throw $1940 away over a mistake, plus I need to find childcare I can actually use. I called the owners Amlyn and Alicia. Alicia graciously said she would wave September for me but that they couldn’t refund me for August. She said this was a corporate policy. I asked for corporate’s number so that I could plead to someone for a refund and she laughed saying if I call corporate they’ll tell her to charge me for August and September. She said she was the franchise owner and they had no authority to force a refund. She did tell me that I could bring my son for the remainder of August and she’d give me a few min to pick my son up after 12pm but I do not trust to leave my child alone with them after this. I’m grateful I do not have a payment for September but losing $1095 and he was only there for 3.75 hours hurts. I didn’t do anything wrong to deserve this. I thought I would be giving my son a chance to be ahead but now I’m left worrying about how I will have childcare for him as I take on my new job. I hope this helps someone else because times are hard for the middle class and empathy only goes so far.
