It’s wonderful school, my kid went 3 days a week only for 1 and half month and now she could do things confidently; I really appreciate ms.sally the way she teach and care about the children, Also Thanks to Deepa for taking care of my kid.

I can only recommend this great school. My son attended for almost 4 years. He started as a little boy who barely spoke few words and through out the years with the help of Ms. Sally and other teachers grew to be a smart, confident, caring boy ready to explore the world. I liked the school from beginning when I was searching for Montessori school. Hinder Them Not is small with home like environment while still big enough for all the wonderful "works" for kids, that are super clean and organized. School offers to kids outdoor space with extras like little garden that they could help care for, fruit trees that kids could pick fruit from, "mud station" or large sand box. School organized shared healthy snack program to allow kids eating and be exposed to only fruits and vegetables. Popcorn popped right in school was always a special treat for kids birthdays :) Throughout the year there were two singing concerts that Ms. Sally prepared with kids and field trips (pumpkin picking, animal farm, Science center) that were a fun way for kids as well as parents to meet outside the school. Whenever I had questions about my son's progress or I was concerned about something Ms. Sally was very responsive and helpful to sort things out. My son liked the school a lot and left as kindergartner who knows to read well, write (also cursives), do the math, likes to explore and learn thanks to great work of Ms. Sally and all teachers.

We drive 4 miles just to come here from other town. Best school with best teacher. Good foundation for kids. Highly recommended.

My son attended Hinder them not this past year, and I could not be happier. I really feel that he thrived in this environment, and learned some valuable life lessons through his “work.” One of my favorites: The peace flower:) If ever I had any questions, miss sally would be in touch and we would communicate openly . What a wonderful opportunity for my son to be to have experienced Hinder them not!

Generally I never right any reviews but Hinder them not is the best school I came across throughout my life. Here children grow and prosper entire their academic career. I think the policies, values, rules, ethics and each small detailing which were taught to the kids in their childhood initial years remain with them forever. And HTM is the answer for all these things mentioned above. Miss Sally is the best teacher who runs the organization and she personally looks upon each student's growth. Montessori concept is to groom a child overall to make them independent. Here my daughter learnt obtaining healthy food habits and focusing on nutritious food and gave up sugar completely. They learnt here basic small things like cutting fruits, veggies, ironing, gardening, zipping up her jackets , folding clothes, putting clothes by herself and many more practical basic knowledge apart from her studies. My daughter at 6 is good in her Mathematics- she can count numbers and addition on her head, English reading also she tries different books by herself. Miss Sally personally focus on each kids reading skills.. have the best curriculum across-the entire year which keeps children busy and fun learning and motivating kids to gain more and more knowledge. They have few field trips across the year in which they take children's to science museum, farms, fields, animal shelter etc accompanied by parents too. Birthday celebration here is more of a learning and cherishing at the same time. We definitely gonna miss the school and Miss Sally. I wish they could have run the higher classes as well and we can send my daughter to her few more years. She went to hinder them not 3+ years. I highly recommend this school and you must definitely give it a try school tour atleast before giving up. My best wishes for the school and Miss Sally ❤

My two children attended “Hinder them not” in person during the whole pandemic and I could not have been any happier with that choice. My children learned so many different things! My daughter, who was In kindergarten, went from not being able to read to actually reading on her own and understanding what she was reading. She also learned the states and their capitals, all the presidents, math, geography, and many other things. Above all, I felt that my children were safe, since it’s a small school. I wish I would have started my children there from the beginning and not had tried so many other schools before.

Hinder them not is an excellent school for kids to learn reading, math, art. My two kids were extremely happy there. Sally taught my kids very well. My little girl was reading everyday and practicing math as well. Definitely sally and all the teachers at hinder them not do the best in teaching the kids. I I extremely recommend them.

Hinder them not does not welcome parents nor the kids, it only welcomes the money & fruits (pre-Covid times) that come with new admissions. Here opinions, questions or concerns are not welcome. I was told to keep my children at home when I asked about their cleaning procedures just before COVID -19 had everything shut down. They are not scared of COVID! is what we are told. The teachers are not “allowed” to speak to any parents, and often tell on each other when a teacher is kind enough to talk to any parents. Imagine what exactly goes on inside that needs so much coverup? Also if the adult teachers are so controlled – what happens to the kids? The teachers keep changing too, every second month a new teacher is hired because someone else “wasn’t a good fit”. Parents are bullied in the name of policies (which keep changing as per Ms. Sally’s liking and not necessarily for the benefit of the children). My sincere review: go to a school which is transparent and where you can talk to any teachers at anytime of the day and see your kids too. Go to a school which updates you on your child’s daily activities and not just 1-2 photos at the end of the week in a power point presentation format which is called a “video”. Go to a school that would love to talk to you rather than squirm at the thought that a parent is going to ask for a child’s report. 10/29/2020: Ms. Sally, if my review is so untrue, you have nothing to worry about. If that's the case, please do not send me emails to take the review down. Good luck to you too. 11/16/2020: Ms. Sally, your latest email is more of a threat to take down my review rather than humor like you said you took my review as. Thanks again. 5/4/2021 : Ms. Sally, please stop emailing me to take my review down.
