Happy Minds Montessori

Our son is currently in preschool 1 with Ms. Brittany and we love her! We've had some really wonderful teachers. Staff and administration is always really responsive and addresses concerns or questions quickly even in the evenings or on weekends.

We have been happy with Happy Minds for our preschooler and 18-month toddler. They’re 5 months into attending and it’s been wonderful to see their growth. The environment is very welcoming and supportive. I love dropping my kids off at a place where the staff are genuinely happy and engaged. Ms. Olivia, Ms. Maria, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Tina, and others who support/engage with our toddler are very caring and nurturing. He loves doing crafts, listening to circle time stories, and (most importantly for him) dancing! Ms. Nour, Ms. Sasha, Ms. Cherry, Ms. Merry and Ms. Ro are all adored by our preschooler. She loves crafts, stories, science lessons and special events!

Miss Inga has worked very hard to get Montessori trained teachers into the Happy Minds Preschool classes. We have been delighted with Miss Brittany (and Miss Sherry) and the calm and order she has brought to her classroom. Our child enjoys the Montessori works, and appears to be thriving under her leadership. He is picking up new social skills, and I feel he will be well prepared to enter kindergarten next year. We are also thrilled with Miss Jen and Miss Sam who are beloved by our toddler; we know she is thriving in their classroom as well. Happy Minds is well run under Miss Inga’s leadership. We greatly appreciate her dedication to filling her staffing and finding a good fit for each staff member.

Happy Minds is one of the best around! Ms. Brittany has been so attentive and accommodating with my 4 year old. She is receptive, communicates well, truly listens, and has all the children’s best interest in mind at all times. She is creative, organized, and truly a blessing!

The infant room teachers are amazing. Miss Ann and Miss Lorans are loving and caring. They teach and developed our children. They are the reason our children are in this daycare. Maria and Olivia, words are not enough to express how you are as teachers and humans to our children! We are so happy to have our daughter meet you next year! To learn and develops under you. Miss Jen in the toddler two-year-old room is the reason we’re keeping our child in the daycare. She does daily activities. She loves our girls. She’s kind. These woman, make us feel safe and secure when we are dropping our children off. They are all 5 stars. 5 of course being the best. To the ownership of this daycare. Invest in your people. I can tell just by walking this building you do not show strong financial support to your teachers. From your top down messages to us as parents. You value profits over environment.

Ms Olivia is such a great teacher and Ms Jen they are amazing I love send my kid here and they love going too!! I would recommend!

We love Happy Minds! The teachers are incredible, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The classrooms are awesome, filled with cool stuff for hands-on learning. My kid has grown so much, gaining confidence and a genuine love for learning. The school values community and teaches important life skills. If you want a nurturing and fun pre-K experience, this is the place to be.

We spent 2 1/2 years at Happy Minds and I could not be happier about our experience there. The only reason we left was because the location no longer worked for us, and I have not been able to find any other school that compares to Happy Minds. From the moment I met Inga and Anne on my first tour, I knew Happy Minds would be the best place to care our son. It is clean, updated and impeccably maintained. The daily programs are well planned and varied which kept my son interested and engaged all day long. He thrived in that environment and was always happy to get up and go to school every morning. The staff - especially Inga, Anne, Jaynie and Jen - cared for him as if he was their own. They offered incredible support and guidance to help his growth and development. I looked forward to the photos that were posted on the app every afternoon, and received a full detailed report at the end of the day. It helped me feel fully connected to what happened during the day while I was at work.

My daughter loves the teachers and Inga. She has the best teachers who are always attentive and caring towards her. She is my youngest and we wish we had found this center earlier so all our kids could have the same experience. Highly recommend!

my children attended this school for 7 months. The 1 year old class was AMAZING. The staff cared for my children and I could observe the growth in them. When my children transitioned into the 2 year old class there was a complete change. The lead teacher was rude and unprofessional. My children were not allowed to bring back packs to school (when I witnessed other classmates who did), the teacher reported "SHE did not have TIME to heat their Meals, most importantly my children were showing behaviors that they were being scolded (with pointed waving fingers). When the issues were reported to the director she reported that her abilities were limited due to staffing. I received negative reports EVERYDAY that continued to create the negative relationship between the children/myself and the staff. I was waiting the the parent/teacher meetings to have a 1:1 conversation with the teacher, however it was "cancelled" and she provided the progress reports hand written at the front door in the midst of a rushed drop off. I did not want to remove them from the school in a haste knowing that there is an adjustment period. I know for sure my son was not engaged during class from the photos posted and his development was not progressing as it did in the previous class. In the end when having a conversation with the director about them being removed from the center, I was told that my children was not a good fit for the 2 yr old class, however they would be welcomed back for any other class in the center. I feel terrible that I subjected my children to this environment for so long. My children have been in a different school for the past 4 months and have flourished. Now I know it was for sure that TOXIC learning environment. I am rating the 2 stars because of the staff in the 1 year old class and the director was very knowledgeable.
