Golden Mountain Montessori Toddlers - Toddler School and Daycare

I can’t say enough good things about the Golden Mountain Montessori Toddler Daycare. As a first-time mom, I was nervous about leaving her, but the staff was so kind and understanding from the start. Talisha and all the teachers made both of us feel right at home. The daycare was life changing for us. They give so much care and attention to each child, and my daughter absolutely thrived. She learned a lot and was very shy at first, but made great friends, which made moving up to their Preschool a breeze. Now she’s in preschool at their other location, and she’s doing great! The care is just as amazing there. I’m so grateful for everything this daycare has done for us. If you’re looking for a caring and supportive place for your child, I highly recommend them!

My daughter has been attending golden mountain since she was just about 3 months old (about 11 months old now). I cannot say ENOUGH about this center and the team who works there. They are incredible. The amount of confidence I have and the ease I feel leaving my daughter with her teachers each day is something I didn’t expect to feel but it is priceless. She is flourishing and learning so much. I feel like she has a new skill every other day when I pick her up and the whole team is always so excited to see her. Love it here.(Hannah Loucks)

Golden Mountain was my toddlers first school at 15mo and we could not have been luckier! He always ran to hug the staff, they did great arts and crafts, Talisha the director was so welcoming and personable. I could not recommend this facility more! I wish they had extended hours, and we’d still be there!

Golden Mountain Montessori it’s a great place for children. The teachers are professional and caring it’s a great atmosphere and my two girls went there for 2 years and they were happy kids and learned so many things. I highly recommend Golden Mountain Montessori.

My son has been going to golden mountain montessori school since he was 18 months old, I was very hesitant about letting my son be in the hands of others during the day, but I quickly learned that he is in the best care when he is there. He is now 2 1/2 years old and adores his teachers and friends that he has made while being at the school, he has learned so much from being in the montessori environment. He cleans his own dishes, cleans up his own messes, takes off his shoes and socks, has been potty trained at the school, he knows how to count to 10, he knows his ABC’s & is learning how to say different countries and point out where they are on the map, he’s learned how to play with other children very well and has the best manners. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for the best childcare there is in the west side of Colorado Springs. Talisha and all of her staff are absolutely wonderful and I’m so grateful that my son has them in his life.

We have been so overwhelmed with the care and attention our son has received at Golden Mountain. He was pretty unhappy at his last school and constantly sick. This has been an entirely different experience and he's so excited to come to school now. Talisha and her team are really so welcoming and kind to our little one and to our family. So happy to be in this space!

Golden Mountain Montessori Toddlers has been a home away from home for our son! The director, Talisha, has been warm, welcoming and thorough since day one. I'll never forget a sweet phone call I got from her one morning after I dropped off my son. She called me just to share that my son had surprised them all by saying "purple" during an art activity! From that phone call and a million more examples, I have seen how the staff are invested in his little life. I get updates throughout the day and see pictures of my son playing with friends and participating in developmentally appropriate activities. He has learned SO much from all of his teachers and can name them all (especially his favorite teacher Terrell)! The center is always clean, and the staff are all kind and genuinely care about kids. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Golden Mountain Montessori Toddlers!
