We can’t recommend Creekside enough! Dawn, Katie and Leslie are absolutely incredible. Every day I comfortably drop my kiddo off at school knowing not only is he happy but he is actually learning and thriving! We have been there about two months now and my son asks every night and every weekend when he gets to go back to school (a parent’s dream)! I’ve never had this kind of positive response from him with any other schools. Dawn has truly created a one of a kind school and we couldn’t be more proud and thankful that we get to be part of it!

We are so lucky to have found Creekside. Dawn, the lead teacher, is a well established preschool teacher and certified in Montessori. She has decades of experience and has a passion for teaching, protecting, and nurturing children. You feel like you’re dropping kids off with family when you drop your kids off here. The kids and parents adore these teachers. The facility is warm, welcoming, safe and a joy for my child who looks forward to school every day.

Only wish we had found it sooner! We moved to Creekside earlier this year on the recommendation of a friend, after our kids attending one of the other local Montessori schools. The difference has been day and night. Creekside has such a special community feel. Miss Dawn, Miss Katie, and Miss Leslie are all so kind, calm, communicative, and very clearly experts on Montessori programming. It has been a very positive change for our family and don't hesitate to recommend it.

My kiddo attended Creekside for about a year, before we moved for Kindergarten. Miss Dawn, Miss Katie, and the rest of the staff were great partners to our family during this time! You can tell that early childhood education is truly a passion for Dawn and Katie. Communication with the teachers was fantastic via the Brightwheel app - I loved the daily photos and weekly newsletter. I felt informed as a parent about what my kid was doing at preschool and what they were serving for meals/snacks. Director Dawn also made herself available to parents in person and via phone for any issues. I always felt heard and like my questions were addressed. The curriculum is hands-on for the kids and engaging. My kiddo came home sharing all the facts she learned about the presidents on Mt. Rushmore and our coins! So fun. My daughter really enjoyed sprinkler Fridays during the summer. She also learned "the waiting hand" at Creekside, where she puts a hand on my arm when I'm mid-conversation with someone else, so I know she wants my attention and is patiently waiting. I also really liked that Creekside offered Parents Night Out every month (great for date night) and would hold family events (like breakfast with Santa) every few months.

We’ve had our 3 kids at other Montessori schools in the city for various reasons, and I can’t say enough good things about this gem. As a career educator, I can’t help but look for the elements in early childhood that really matter, and this one does an amazing job. Creekside is small, fosters community and relationships, and gives unique attention to each child. I cannot wait to be able to send our youngest here when she turns 3 and I wish we had found it sooner.

Creekside has exceeded our expectations! Dawn and staff are amazing teachers; very caring and patient with the kids. The communication is also great! Photos are sent often and a newsletter goes out on Sundays with an overview of the previous week activities and a look ahead to the next week. My child has learned so much in the last year and is always excited to go to school!

My Grandkids attend Creekside. What sets Creekside Montessori apart is its experienced and well-trained teachers. They are not just teachers; they are mentors, guides, and role models who inspire children. They undergo continuous professional development to ensure they provide the best possible learning experience for every child. Dawn Beggs, the driving force behind Creekside Montessori, brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. Her passion for teaching and commitment to creating a supportive learning environment is evident in everything she does. Recently they added STEM to their curriculum. Designed to prepare children for success in a rapidly evolving world, these programs offer hands-on learning experiences in science and math-based programs that engage children in meaningful ways. From exploring the wonders of the natural world to solving math concept problems, children at Creekside Montessori are encouraged to think critically and creatively.

I cannot imagine a better place for my kids! Mrs. Dawn, Miss Katie, and Miss Bonnie clearly love their jobs and these kiddos. My kids love going to school each day and come home telling me incredible new things they've learned. I'm blown away by the ways they have learned to love learning, and by what they know already! We will be so sad to head to Kindergarten!
