We enrolled our child at 23 months in the first 2s-5s group to make their world together at CK @Slope in 2024-2025. We could not speak more highly of Collective Kind. We especially value the intentionality evident in decisions made by the all-parent leadership: from protocols to business practices. We have been 300% impressed with the qualifications of the teaching staff and we have been inspired by the blend of educational approaches influencing the way(s) the classroom is shaped and led. We have witnessed huge advances in our child’s social-emotional learning and skill-building in a short time. We also deeply value the transparency in all communication from the school, including immediate connection with teachers when needed and detailed updates on how the kids spend their days together. We notice how hard the staff and teachers work to welcome everyone in the children’s families to be a present part of a mindful community and classroom. It’s been a gift to our family to be a part of this school.

Collective Kind is such a gift to our family. Carly, Kamaria and Mery Lay are knowledgeable, compassionate, skilled teachers that lead with kindness and encouragement. Our son has blossomed in just a few short months since he began school here. He is more confident, communicative and joyful. I highly recommend this program and feel so good about our choice.

Collective Kind in Park Slope is such an incredibly special, welcoming, bright, warm, loving, magical environment. Our child is having, truly, the best possible school experience for her first time in a classroom- the teachers and educators are phenomenally trained and attuned to each child and their specific needs and personality, and every child is treated with the utmost love, respect, curiosity, and kindness. It truly is the most beautiful collective of the kindest people- we are in love with CK!
