Children's Harbor Montessori School

Unfortunately, my experience couldn't go any further than a phone conversation with the secretary. She was rude and unwelcoming when I called to see if I could meet someone to speak about enrolling 2 kids full time. She asked me who I am and said "they're sort of in a meeting now," without even introducing herself. I'm deterred from placing them now and wouldn't refer this place if she is representing the staff. Either she needs more training or the school needs a new receptionist. What's happening to customer service? No one seems to care about potential business anymore. I was looking forward to a positive experience for my kids and am disappointed.

We love CHMS! Staff and teachers are like a second family. Teachers are warm and loving and genuinely care about the development of each child.
