Overall the school is a wonderful and joyful place with very caring teachers, but do not expect your child to know their alphabet or know at all how to read after kindergarten. They lost the woman who handled their entire literacy program during COVID and nothing has been done to rectify that. I was told that my son needed expensive testing because he might have a learning disability- which come to find out was completely untrue- he just wasn't being taught literacy at all. I had two children there, one that went all the way from primary (age 3) through fourth grade, and their elementary program just does not provide enough. The administration does not support the extremely hard working teachers- and there are not enough resources, people, or space to adequately teach the older students- and there is almost nothing extracurricular provided for any of the students. Was great- but needs work.
