Bright Horizons at Center City

The facility was by far the best we toured, and my wife did LOTS of tours in the area. The facility was well upkept and quite clean. The staff were also so friendly! We had signed our daughter up to begin daycare far in advance. Due to some unforseen changes, we did have to withdraw her registration. The management team was very accomodating and we are thankful for their resolution. I would absolutely recommend Bright Horizons Center City.

Such an amazing location that really cares about the children and also have incredible daily programs for them. Our son has grown a lot since being here, and loves the staff and his classmates.

The staff at Bright Horizons CC was so welcoming to my son. Our family was in crisis due to a health emergency and was traveling to Philadelphia periodically from Southern Delaware for hospital visits and I needed drop-in daycare. Katrina and her team flew into action to help me and continue to be supportive through this difficult time. I have to say the facility is impeccable and very secure. There are small things (like they store your stroller during the day) which end up being big things that make life just a little bit easier.

As a family from India, transitioning to the US for work brought about a wave of uncertainties, especially concerning our daughter’s care. In India, she was surrounded by a large family, and the idea of daycare never crossed our minds. Despite our initial reservations, the directors and teachers at Bright Horizons alleviated our anxieties with their unwavering support and guidance. They assured us of our daughter’s seamless integration and development within their program. True to their word, we have witnessed her growth and transformation on a daily basis. Moreover, the multicultural environment at Bright Horizons has provided our daughter with a rich tapestry of experiences, enhancing her understanding and appreciation of diversity. In summary, our experience with Bright Horizons has surpassed our expectations. Our son has thrived since attending Bright Horizons - Center City. The staff has been patient, caring and encouraging his growth. We couldn’t be happier by picking them and highly recommend them to anyone who asks about great places for daycare in Center city.

Our son is enrolled at Bright Horizons Center City and our family has felt welcomed and valued since our first day. Admin is easy to work with, responsive and greet us each morning with a smile. The infant classroom our son is in has really worked with us to help establish a routine and celebrate with us as he reaches each milestone. This was our first child and first experience with daycare and we would highly recommend them to other parents. It's clear the teachers care and get to know each child.

We switched to Bright Horizons Center City close to a year ago when our last daycare closed. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience for both us and our son! The director, teachers, and staff have all been amazing. Our son requires early intervention therapists to visit him at daycare and it has been a seamless experience. He is thriving in the space and activities, and he has created such a bond with each of his teachers. Can't thank Bright Horizons Center City enough for providing such a great experience!

We switched to Bright Horizons Center City location after having a negative experience at another childcare facility. We love this daycare. They have gone above and beyond to help our child transition into her new class. The center director and health & safety director are wonderful. They are always present, responsive, and professional. The teachers are amazing, you can tell they enjoy their work and workplace. Most importantly our child is safe, happy, and thriving. We recommend this facility to friends and family.

The director and all personnel have been absolutely wonderful - friendly, communicative, and experienced. our daughter started in the infant room and is now in twos/threes. since she's been there, I don't believe any staff have left and a number of new people have joined. the level of staff retention reflects what a great environment Katrina has created - both for the kids and her staff. our second is now in infants. highly recommend.

Great communication from the center director, Katrina. The teachers are warm, caring and attentive. We instantly felt welcomed and at ease bringing our kids to this facility.
