Attending Azalea City Montessori (ACM) has been one of the best things to happen to my daughter. She attended Montessori since her pre-k years in New Orleans, and when we learned we were going to need to relocate to Mobile, it was a priority to try to keep our child in the Montessori curriculum. We were so grateful to find this school. We were leaving a highly regarded, hard-to-get-into charter Montessori and had high expectations. ACM has absolutely surpassed are expectations. Blown them out of the water, really. Our child's teachers are great communicators and lead a classroom environment that is built on the foundation of Montessori curriculum. Our daughter is just about to mark one full year at this school, and the growth in her development, academically, socially and emotionally has been incredible. She is appropriately challenged, seen, heard, encouraged and supported. From the outside the school's property is humble, but let this be no reflection: inside is an environment rich in the tools to help children thrive.

Worst experience of my grandson's life. I paid a registration fee of $175, bought all the supplies that were asked for plus paid a $300 supply fee. I was told less than 30 days later he wasn't a good fit. I guess they needed the supplies because I'm still trying to get those back. You always try to find the best fit for your child and I thought this was it after our try out day, I guess the pictures on the website should have been my first flag but I wasn't looking at who went there I was looking for the best education for my grandson. My other grands all went to Montessori schools that I loved in California. This place was a complete disappointment. Lesson learned. We'll do more research next time.
