My 14 month old daughter have attended this daycare for a total of three weeks. After the verbal absence I've received today from the Angel learning cares director Ms.Catherine Pleasant. The incident that occurred today was unnecessary and I feel as if I were attacked. I arrived at 8:30am Thursday morning the usual time i would arrive i greeted everyone and proceeded to sign my daughter in before I could enter the building I had already over heard the school's director Ms. Catherine say "there goes the cry baby." This didn't bother me at the time because she would always say this on the morning she's was there, as I enter into the building she says " her parents must allow her to do whatever she wants at home." My response was I don't allow her to do as she pleases. But she is only one she's still learning. She then got up out of her seat and said to me in a loud and rowdy voice "WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN, I HAVE ONE YEAR OLDS IN THERE RIGHT NOW WHO SEATS DOWN." Once I noticed how at this point she had got loud so I asked her and who are you her response was "I'm the director" she says her name and the conversation begans to go further to the point I didn't feel comfortable with leaving my child with her after just having an verbal argument with her. By me being a young first time mom this was the worst experience I've ever experienced with a daycare, but prior till today I had already had a funky feeling about this daycare the first ever encounter I had with Ms. Catherine when she had told me about how my daughter cries all day and how I must hold her all day. She would tell me this on a daily occasion, and my responsible was no I allow her to run freely play with her toys and you know the normal things I thought a one year-old did, but it seems to me I had been wrong.

This is a lovely center with creative teachers who care about the children.

It's complicated for me, I find that the children don't do much, they sit a lot, aren't allowed to talk... In the other schools my daughters went to, they drew, were playful with their days, this is not the case. And one last point, it is really cold in these premises, my daughters were freezing when they picked them up in the evening. Long story short, even though the staff are there and heard when I voiced my concern, I'm not thrilled with the experience.

This is a great facility to send your child, the growth that my son has made is tremendous. They are teaching to be much more advance when they leave there. The teachers are great and Ms. Catherine the owner is the best. I would recommend anyone to send there child here.
