Mykidz Early Learning Centre East Doncaster

This is the BEST CC we have ever experienced, and the BEST staff! They are always very helpful, adaptable to our needs. They celebrate every kids birthday with their home made cakes etc. Our four kids have all spent the years in the centre and absolutely love it. Strongly recommended to everyone!!!

I have two kids 10 years apart and they both attend the same childcare. Director and some of the educators are still the same. They have been giving excellent care to my elder 10 years ago as well as my younger at the moment. I feel like part of the families. It is safe and clean. The staffs are friendly and caring.

We are grateful for all the educators and director of Mykidz Doncaster. We are so sad that we had to leave the area and remove our son from the Center. I can honestly say that Mykidz is the best childcare center in the area. And we’ve been to many but nothing will ever compare. All the educators are very caring, loving, knowledgeable and guided him with his learning. They treated my son like their own and that was important to me. I can see how much the educators love what they do. The kids are always happy and calm every time we drop and collect our son. I love that there are always updates about what their focusing on every month and also a daily updates of what they were doing during the day. My son also brought home his arts and crafts that he did and proudly showed us at home. At the early age my son was learning about flags , solar systems, life cycle of animals, countries, make their delicacy and also get to eat them too. At a young age of 2 to 3 years old he we were so amazed of how much he learned . It just goes how important it is and how dedicated and passionate the educators are at Mykidz. If we ever go back to Doncaster I will enrol my son back in a heartbeat.

We have twins at Mykidz and they have come along in leaps and bounds. The sense of community fostered by the wonderful carers and instructors who work there provides a rock solid foundation for our children to grow, learn and thrive. From the "baby room" to the recently renovated "kinder room" and well equipped playground, Mykidz staff discharge their duties with love and affection and treat all the children as though they are their own! Heck, our boy and girl have taught us things about First Nations people and the flags of the world, just to mention two, that we've plain forgotten!!.. Thank you Mykidz.

Very bad experience with Mykidz Early Learning Centre. Over the Christmas break we were charged $5060 for 44 days with 24 days marked as absent. That's $253 per day of actual care. When we discussed the billing discrepancy with staff they informed me they would look into it, only to be threatened with legal action. Now Mykidz Early Learning Centre have sent us to debt collectors. Not only do we not have childcare for our daughter, but we're left with a massive bill and the stress of dealing with debt collectors. Mykidz Early Learning Centre doesn't care about parents struggling. It's all about the $$$. The case is currently being taken the to ombudsman.
