There are so much positive changes from the new management team. It is obvious that there are lots of investments to the centre in many ways. The staffs are friendly and professionally trained. The centre is welcoming and supportive. I can tell my child is enjoying it. Heard a lot positive words from other parents on the family fun night.

A lovely nurturing environment. The staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. Teachers are teaching good methods to child. I know management is doing good. Recommendations for excellent service.

So impressed with the noticeable improvements of the centre over the last three months! Educators are warm and welcoming. Plenty of shaded areas outdoors.

Towards the end, before we took the plunge to leave, there was a high staff turn around. The rooms and bathrooms for the children always seemed dirty, even in the morning. The outside of the building was untidy with rubbish and broken furniture littering the carpark. There didn’t seem to be money spent on the centre and broken items were not getting replaced. The staff didn’t seem overly invested in the children and didn’t seem to take much interest in my child. Upon leaving, the folder containing my child’s work contained the work of another child with the same name. It’s not hard to remember last names if you actually care about the children you work with. When I took my child to a new centre there was an immediate change in her. My child finally enjoyed childcare and was keen to share about her day. We’ve never looked back!
