Chancery Lane Montessori Preschool

I'd like to reflect on an experience that occurred last year when my 3-year-old daughter enrolled at this ELC. As a migrant family without additional support from government or other families members, we were simply seeking a nurturing environment for our daughter, who has experienced some developmental delays in language and socialization (wich we hadn't clearly identified by then). Regrettably, our interaction with the director, who informed us over the phone without much consideration, left us feeling excluded. While I understand the challenges they face, the director's approach felt abrupt and insensitive, causing considerable distress for our family. Even though this occurred last year, I still find myself emotionally compelled to share this review now. We hope that Chancery Lane can consider a more empathetic approach in the future, ensuring all families feel welcomed and supported, regardless of their circumstances.
