Amiga Montessori Cranbourne West

One of the best Montessori and care facilities in Melbourne. My 2 children have gone through this centre and we couldn't have asked for more. The centre is focused on overall child development including: 1. Introduction to academics through many creative and innovative methods 2. Developing social skills and friendships to last long 3. An amazing care where my children come back home very happy and look forward to go back again. The educators at the centre are fantastic and always take personal pain to go beyond the limits. The centre leadership is very supportive and ensures the parents have up to date info and adjust per your requirements. Highly recommend anyone considering a care facility to look no more and enrol without any thoughts.

We absolutely love Amiga Cranbourne West. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The admin staff are great, nothing is ever a bother when you have questions and communication is fantastic. They always get back to me when they say they will. The Montessori programs that are run are fun as well as educational plus they have amazing incursions and excursions for the children. My daughter absolutely loves going, she even wants to go on the days she isn’t booked in.

A big thank you to the Amiga Cranbourne West team for all their amazing work! My daughter has been attending for over a year, and my son attended for his preschool years too. Both kids formed great relationships with the educators and we knew that they would be so well cared for while there. They love the beautiful food cooked onsite, and all the great learning experiences. I love the updates and photos of what the kids do, and extra programs like sports and incursions!

My son has been going to Amiga Montessori Cranbourne West for the past 3 years. He moved there from another Childcare centre. From the moment we entered Amiga Montessori Cranbourne West we have had a very positive experience. My son has loved it at Amiga Montessori and he is definitely going to miss it when he starts school next year. Some of the key positives I would like to highlight are: 1) Administration is very accommodating in case you need an extra Casual day, it’s easy to book it. ( if there’s a spot) 2) You get discounted fees when your child is on vacation ( the percentage depends on how many days your child attends the center) 3) The rooms are of a good size with lots of natural light coming into the space. 4) The Teachers are very knowledgeable, caring and good with the kids. The Center Director is very approachable as well. 5) The Montessori based approach is very structured and Inquiry based/hands on with a lot of literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills and other valuable activities which helps prepare the kids for actual school. 6) The luxury of freshly prepared lunches with a varying menu everyday and breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea and late snack are provided. 7) The ability to choose 9 hour, 10 hour and/or whole day sessions. ( which can be more economical instead of only having the whole day session to choose) 8) A huge and well equipped outdoor terrace area for outside play. 9) Almost daily updates on the app with photographs documenting the kids activities done on that day. 10) Monthly communication on activities to be held at the centre for that month. 11) Regular Excursions and Incursions 12) Regular Parent Teacher Meetings and Monthly Montessori Observation Reports provided for the children attending the center. We would definitely recommend Amiga Montessori Cranbourne West to new families who wish to enrol their babies or children in the center. .
