Parents if you have any concerns please don't let them be unknown, if you love your children please do your research. Our babies had 2 separate accidents and the staff did not want to take responsibility they'll blame you and say your child was already injured when they went in. On a separate occasion they were told to please contact the emergency service for a fall to the head that needed immediate medical service and they refused to contact the emergency service, we had to rush our little one to the hospital. I hope no one else goes through an experience like this but please do your research if you want the best care for your little ones.
