To start with I told them my kid has not been going to the day care for almost year due to covid and would be a bit difficult to manage. They assured us that they can easily handle him. Based on their assurance we got him admitted. After a week they denied us their service , but didn't refund the tuition fee("its their policy") . Initially I thought my son had issues, but its this academy which is incompetent, because he is doing really well in Handprints academy, Wylie. Instead of wasting your time and money on this academy i would suggest you try out Handprints in wylie first. Response: I didn't respond to you because I didn't want to waste more of my time. When you deny services you ought to refund the full money prorated, not 50 bucks. Negative Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are moving to the area soon so we are looking for a new daycare to enroll our child. We stopped by today since we were in the neighborhood and asked if we could do a walkthrough. The person who greeted us at the door said “no, we only do those in the mornings and we require an appointment.” Do not get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with that answer. As a matter of fact, we thought that response might occur since we did not have an appointment. However, there was zero warmth shown, and no customer service was provided. The only thing said was what I previously mentioned. “no, we only do those in the mornings and require an appointment.” The appropriate and welcoming response would have been something along the lines of “no, unfortunately we require an appointment, but since you are here we would love to schedule one with you now!” Instead, we were just turned away, and awkwardly walked away after a second or two when it was clear that we were an inconvenience. If this is how they treat potential enrollees, stay away. Isn’t that when you should attempt to make a great first impression? Negative Professionalism

Woodbridge has raised both of our little ones and we couldnt be happier with their love for our children. We were in two different places prior and very thankful we found our home here. Every staff member truly wants whats best for all children. We couldnt imagine being any other place! Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have 2 kids at WMA for 4 years now and am please with the development of my kids. Facility is clean and staff are professional and super nice. We came from another daycare and although the office staff was ok, facility was nice, that daycare had a lot of turnover. The employees here have been with my kids for years and we don't see a lot of turnover which is super important. We live closer to 6 other daycares which would be more convenient but after researching, we choose WMA and couldn't be happier. We would recommend WMA for your kids!

Hello, my daughter has been going her for 2 years and we love it. You can really tell that she is learning and growing. The kid to teacher ratios are excellent, and most important my daughter loves being at the school. Every time we pass my daughter screams, "There is my school!" Positive Reliability

Our family loves LOVES WMA and we are so thankful for all the teachers and staff there. THE most important thing I wanted for my children was for them to be in a welcoming, happy, and loving environment every day. When you walk in the door every single morning, you are greeted by a smiling teacher or staffer. Most of the time, the kids even get hugs. Although I cannot imagine how stressful these kiddos can be at times, you won't see it on the teachers' faces. They are patient and kind. The teachers have excellent classroom management skills and you will find the classes well organized and busy. I am always shocked at how quiet the classrooms are during Montessori time, with the kids all busily working on their assignments. I truly don't know how they do it. As with any Momma Bear, I have had my share of concerns, but they are met and resolved timely. We are so blessed to be a part of WMA and truly appreciate everyone there. I would recommend WMA without hesitation to anyone looking for a place for your kiddos! Positive Reliability, Quality, Professionalism

My son came from a learning center of chaos, with teachers coming and going, and among other things, which I fell affected my son in a big way. Woodbridge brought both my kids in with open arms and helped work with my son to get him back in a structured environment. I like that the staff at this Montessori has stayed, and they really do love the kids that go there.
