Wonderful school. Our kids have been going for almost a year. Love the staff and they love the kids. Only great things to say.

I love the communication about my daughter throughout the day. Makes me feel like I’m not missing anything! <3

TGS Louisville has been such a positive influence on our toddler. She is so happy at drop-off and pick-up every day. The staff is so nurturing and kind to the kids you can tell they really enjoy them. The parent portal keeps you informed throughout the day and you can quickly and easily communicate with the administrators or teachers at any time. We are so happy here!

This was a horrible school experience for our family for various different reasons. The staff is not very well equipped to handle any child whom does not fit into their “box”. They literally hound you via calls and emails to push enrollment commitments. After they have the child enrolled, the staff then harasses you through their app and phone calls when your child displays normal toddler behavior because again, most of their staff is not well equipped or well seasoned to deal with any behavioral diversity. This school also pushes gender fluid agendas without parents consent which is very concerning. I am so grateful to have removed my child from this chaotic and stressful environment. We are at a much better school now!

In the fall of 2022 my family found ourselves suddenly without childcare. We reached out to several local childcare facilities and ultimately decided to attend The Gardner School. I was impressed with their facility. The classrooms were clean and attractive. The playgrounds looked safe but fun. The staff seemed friendly. We were able to join less than two weeks after enrolling. My kiddo joined the three year old class and seemed to do okay right away. I received photos and updates every day. Throughout 2023 there was a lot of change in leadership and peripheral staff of the school. The director position was held by several people until corporate stepped in and assigned a permanent director in late 2023. Again, there seemed to be a shuffling of floating teachers and office staff but my child's teacher remained and was largely unaffected by the high rate of turnover in office staff. I was curious about the turnover, but ultimately it didn't affect my child much at all so we stuck with it. The director assigned by corporate is fantastic. She has remained with the school since late 2023. She listened when I had concerns about my kid's class boy:girl ratio and was flexible when my kid was having trouble moving up from the three year old classroom to the Pre-K class. Any time I had a question or concern the director listened, was receptive to suggestions I had regarding my child's care and genuinely seemed to care how things were going with her. My child's Pre-K teachers are phenomenal. They provided a fun and safe place for my child to learn and play. The activities I saw them participate in were adorable and seemed like a blast. One day I arrived for pick up and they were all searching for dinosaur bones the teachers had hidden on the playground. Another day everyone brought a stuffy to have a stuffy sleepover at the school where the teacher arranged all the stuffies in the classroom to appear as if they had a sleepover. The kids loved it! They did crafts more than just the glitter glued to paper most kids do at school and it was very engaging. Additional enrichment activities are also available, for a fee. My child participated in dance, super bus and music at different times throughout her time there and she loved it all. My daughter enjoyed her time there, talks about missing her friends and teachers and always waves to the school when we pass by. We only left to attend elementary school and there were tears all around on our last day. There were different experiences that I heard about from other parents, but every time I had a concern I communicated with the teachers and/or office staff and it was resolved. I cannot speak to the younger classes, but our experience as an older 2 year old through 4 year old at the Gardner School was phenomenal and I would do it all over again.

The Gardner school had my daughter ready for kindergarten. The staff is amazing and so kind.

Everyone at the Gardner School is so friendly. Even if a teacher isn’t normally in my sons classroom they will still stop and say hi to him in the hallways which I absolutely love.
