I highly recommend Springwood! You feel safe leaving your kids in such great hands each day. The facilities are clean, the school rooms are filled with great activities for the kids, and the outdoor play areas are perfect for each age group. Ms. Shelly, The Director and Ms. Erika, the Assistant Director are truly wonderful. They are the reason alone to go to this school. They both really listen to the parents and solve any issue that is brought to them. When I drop my daughter off she immediately holds their hand(s) and goes with them, that alone tells you, she's in good hands. The only reason we left this school is for one closer to our house. 10 out of 10 recommend this school for your kids.

Shelly the director and erica (I think she is a director too, or co director) are absolutely amazing! They welcome you with kind words and are always friendly. I'll spend 15 minutes in there chatting with them and not even realize! Mrs. Moira has been my daughters teacher for over a year now. She's awesome and my daughter is super advanced for 3 years old. Her doctor was amazed at some of the things she knew at her check up! I have an infant as well and he's always happy when being picked up and Ms. Ta is so funny and great as well as her assistant Myra! They always send me the cutest pictures while at work. :) We love you guys!

I cannot say it enough, they are amazing. My husband and I have had some trouble with finances (but so have many people because of covid) and they have been so kind about the whole thing. They've worked with us on payments and they never made us feel bad or embarrassed about it. I wish I could do more for the staff because they are amazing at what they do. I love this school and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a school/daycare.

I was called to this location to.help.out with them not having any hot water upon narrival I learn that they haven had it for over a week so imstart immediately bro make this happen since there are inocent children who can't use warm water to wash there hands and then had to be without both both while I repair.amd restore the services now I'm at least the 5 or 6 guy per the reception to come and adrees the prob and had the job half way done after 2 trips to find out the administrators didn't like the 2000$ saving I saved them.from the last estimate and refused to pay me no I don't care about my valuable time as much as I.care.about the.innocent t lives of the children who can do little to protect themselves from covid already because they're administrators are sitting in cozy california tryin to save a penny I wouldn't want my child there

We were overwhelmed with decisions when choosing a school to enroll our child. We called several schools to compare the programs offered, and right off the bat Springwood Montessori gave us key information via phone and web to review. We toured the school and called back to ask many more questions before enrolling. The program director was well prepared, which made our child feel welcomed that first day of school. It was a pleasant surprise, especially with the short notice. Our child experienced separation anxiety in the beginning. The staff helped us every morning and offered suggestions, discussed at conferences, provided daily feedback or reports, and phonecalled/emailed when necessary. We always felt like we were in the loop. We have long since gotten over this issue, but when the teachers observe any other undesirable habits, they are quick to inform the parents so that we may address them at home and try to nip the behavior in the bud. Recently each class began posting class activities and pictures via an app, which has been nice to follow. We appreciate the Montessori environment where the work (assignment) is lead by the child, and opportunities for older children to teach the younger ones in a mixed-age classroom. Our child comes home taking about his friends, teachers, daily events, and sings songs or chants which teach them about the world around us. The school has a special ritual for birthdays, which the parents are invited to participate. It was heart-warming to be a part of the celebration. We have been happy with the curriculum, staff, and activities offered at Springwood Montessori. Ms Rhonda, Jaye, Jordan, Hilary, Moira, Erika, Jazmin, Laura, Liliana, Dejah, Katie, Marlen, Alexa have all been wonderful ladies who care for the children at Springwood day in and day out and have made a great impact. The school offers extracurricular activities on site – parents can choose to sign up their kids for sports, music, dance, martial arts, foreign language, culinary, and more. I highly recommend Springwood Montessori to anyone who is considering enrollment at not just a day care, but a safe and friendly environment which induces learning.

I only have experience with the infant room. I would steer clear of this facility. Julie was the only good thing about this place. They had high turnover while my baby attended. I never knew who was going to be there. The sheet they log everything on was incorrect almost every day even after speaking with the teachers and staff multiple times. I asked to watch the cameras on a certain day because the way the sheet was written I was worried my baby got someone else's bottle. Well their camera was down at the time I needed to see. And they constantly try to dismiss any of my concerns saying oh it's a translation issue as the teachers don't speak/understand English very well... Or no that didn't happen it's fine. A teacher wore a ton of perfume and my baby came home with very red cheeks all the time. I asked about it and they said they're allowed to wear perfume and the director was rude when I asked about it. I would think the infant room would be no perfume/lotions because of their sensitive skin and they're being held a lot. (Side note the original director is the reason we chose this facility. New one is not the best.) My child was fed things I did not send without asking me and I only found out about it in passing. They tried to teach my baby to hold their bottle on their own and had them propped up and when I walk in all I hear is them sucking air. I made it clear this was not okay yet it happened multiple times since. A few times I went to pick up and my baby is in an exersaucer with a tablet in front of them while the afternoon teacher cleans...very much not okay. One time they were even doing makeup while he watched the tablet... seriously at 6 months old? I cannot even tell you how often my baby got sick at this facility. I know daycare babies get sick but I was called SO many times to leave work because he was sick again. Our pediatrician told us we need to find a new daycare as they probably don't clean properly. I have friends with babies in daycare and they've been sick but not even half as much as my baby was. They put my baby in a random onsie with nothing else on a few times because they said I didn't have anymore change of clothes.. I showed them the bag with his name on it with 5 changes of clothes in their bin. That room is freezing, not okay. I could go on and on. Overall my husband and I hated this daycare experience and worked it out to where I could stay home. Baby hasn't been sick since and is much happier overall.
