Sauganash Montessori School

Our son started at Sauganash Montessori School on September 2023 as a 3.5 year old. The school, staff, and teachers are very kind and considerate. The first week was of course, an adjustment for both us and our son. The school staff made sure to send pictures directly to us to help ease some of our anxiety. The environment is also very welcoming and feels like home away from home. In true montessori style, each child is not only cared for individually but nurtured in a supportive setting. We are incredibly happy to have chosen SMS and highly recommend the school. We plan on staying here for the another 2 years!

Any parent can understand how difficult it is to send your child to school for the first time. The SMS faculty and staff have been incredibly supportive and understanding throughout the transition for us. We have loved watching our child grow emotionally, socially, and academically here. They do a great job of creating a safe and joyful space for the kids.

We love Sauganash Montessori. The staff is friendly and professional. My daughter adores her teachers. She even missed her school during Summer. The calm environment of the montessori, thoughtful teachers and a nice community vibe is the cornerstone of this place. I cant wait for my younger one to start here soon.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sauganash Montessori School and its exceptional teachers and staff. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found a special place for our son. The environment at is warm, inviting, and perfectly designed to foster a love of learning. The classrooms are beautifully organized, with a wide variety of Montessori materials that engage the children and stimulate their curiosity. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create an ideal learning environment. The teachers especially Ms. Bridget are truly outstanding. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced in the Montessori method but also incredibly compassionate and dedicated to each child's individual growth. Communication is excellent, and the staff is always approachable and willing to address any questions or concerns. Our son has flourished at SMS, developing not only academically but also socially and emotionally. The emphasis on independence, critical thinking, and respect for others has had a profound impact on their overall development. We have seen remarkable growth in his confidence, problem-solving abilities, and love for learning. You will not regret your decision! ❤️❤️❤️

Our son has been at the full day program at SMS for 3 years. We’re amazed with how he’s grown. The school challenges him with important independent life and school skills, and offers him plenty of time to develop socially with friends. SMS has a lovely school setting which feels like a second home.
