Our kiddo loves the school activities. They run a smooth ship there. I’d recommend!

Unwilling to make even small accommodations for my 3 year old to help transition to his new preschool class and kicked him out. Since moving to another day care, that day care has said multiple times over the last 4 months that they absolutely do not understand why Primrose would have kicked him out as he was just a normal 3 year old with normal 3 year old behaviors. My son was also very stressed out there due to unrealistic exoectations, feeling like he was a "bad kid", and having teachers constantly talking about him in front of him - to the point we had to take him to the ER because he had such bad constipation. We also had an occupational therapist visitng him in the school and her advice was also to get him out of there as soon as possible because the teachers were not using age appropriate techniques, were overwhelmed and felt inexperienced. She also believed most of his behaviors stemmed from the environment created at Primrose, which was proven when all behaviors and constipation ceased immediately at his new school. Unless you have preprogrammed perfectly behaved children, I do not recommend Primrose as they will make you feel like something is wrong with your child when they are just a typical 3 year old boy.

Our son has thrived after coming to Primrose. We love all the staff and especially his main teacher Mrs Snider- she truly has made all the difference for him and us. Beyond grateful that he gets to go here. Trust means the world to us and we have found it here!

We could not be more happy with choosing Primrose Bulverde Road! The staff and teachers are always great, friendly, and they know all the kids. Most importantly our kids love going everyday ❤️

Our girls attending primrose for about a year. One daughter was in two of the younger classes- her teachers were all loving. Everyone calls each other friend and they give lots of hugs to each other. The kids know every parent somehow. The older daughter was in PreK and learned everything necessary for Kindergarten! She also learned a lot about sharing, gentle touches, anx being kind. I really love that Primrose serves some fresh foods and our kids constantly ask for our food at home to be cooked with Mrs. Benson's special recipe. Really nothing negative to say- our kids were happy heading there in the AM & happy coming home. Weren't constantly sick and honestly, the price ISNT that much more than REALLY awful daycares nearby. Well worth it. The uniform supplier is awful. That's my only complaint. 🤣😂 they take forever to ship and you have no idea the sizes...

We have been at this Primrose for just over a year and we have only had positive experiences. The Director of this location is the reason we stay--she knows every child, takes time to communicate and be involved with the teachers. We feel safe with all the staff and appreciate everything the owners and staff have done to keep our kids safe and happy during a crazy pandemic year. We feel that the tuition is fair based on the high quality of food and education that our child receives. The school plans so many fun activities for the kids and we have seen how our child is advancing past his peers at other daycares because of the curriculum Primrose uses. This Primrose is also very clean and the furniture and play mats used are nice and taken care of. All of teachers have been kind, professional and responsive. We love the care and attention our child gets at Primrose at Bulverde and would highly recommend this location to other parents.
