I have so many wonderful things to say about this daycare. My grandkids attended this facility and I'm forever grateful for the help that I received potty training my 2 year old granddaughter. The teachers were so patient and they have an awesome potty training routine. Their Pre-K program is top notch as well, My 4 year old knew all of her preprimer sight words when she graduated.

I would not recommend. Every Monday the older lady that works in the morning always stops my nephew and I at the door looking for payment. Almost like she’s a mob boss collecting money.

RED FLAG ! Very unprofessional and poor childcare location. Please, if your child attends this daycare try to find another location for you children. This is NOT IT. This childcare is literally just taking peoples money and not teaching, the teachers are hitting children, they do not let you come in the building AT ALL to see the type environment your child is in. Also CDC needs to shut this building DOWN! I will be doing further investigation because this daycare is very unacceptable .

My son was the only Hispanic child in this facility and received a very bias treatment here. One of the teachers had her own child in the same classroom as everyone else so of course the mother allowed him to do almost anything. My son was always left out and was never happy in this facility. I even saw a different teacher hit a child in the classroom right across from my son’s. I transferred my son after 4 agonizing months in here, would not recommend it to anybody.

My daughter was placed at this location for the Pre K program because the locations I requested were full. I signed the denial letter for this location so my daughter could be placed at another facility. I asked if I could take the letter to Partnership for Children myself but she said they have to do it. She assured me they send the letters in weekly so they can have other children fill the spots because people were "fighting" to get into her facility. Well, they neglected to turn in the letter to Partnership for Children for 2 weeks claiming they were waiting for EVERYONE on the list to come in. By doing this she was taking opportunities from my child (and any other child whose parent wanted a different location) to be replaced which she responded with "you're the only one who denied". At the same time by not turning in the form she wasn't receiving acceptance letters for new children so what she told me almost 2 weeks ago was a lie. In my opinion I was being discriminated against because I didn't want my child to attend her location. The whole situation seemed like Precious Moments was holding onto my daughters paperwork until it was too late for her to be placed anywhere else. Forcing me to enroll my daughter so they can receive the funding for her from the NC Pre K program. This facility was not very clean with very dark lighting. From my experience with the mannerism from staff I interacted with it was not the right place for my daughters first experience of school. I strongly recommend to any parent who declines after unexpectedly being placed at Precious Moments by the NC Pre K Program to take the paperwork yourself to Partnership for Children to ensure your child has the opportunity to be placed at another location before there are no other options.

My daughter has been attending this center since she was 6 weeks old. The staff and director are professional yet fun. My daughter is very advance for her age and it is because of her teachers. Nobody ever believes me when I say she's 1 because she speaks so well and clearly.
