Pinnacle Montessori of Forney

I loved this facility, especially Ms.Nicole the director at the school. Although I decided to enroll elsewhere…I had such a pleasant experience with the director and the way she talked about her school, staff, and the children that attend there.

Today was super scary for me it was my daughter first day and she was release with no Verification of who I was, the young lady first pointed to a different little girl and said she still haven't noticed you and I was like no this is her over here I asked what was the release policy and was told they only verify if I didn't look Familiar I explained to the young lady it's our first day sooooo I am definitely not a Familiar face to you she just at me I then walk over to the main building and spoke with the person at the front desk and was told that the girl must've mixed me up with another parent cause some of the parents look similar I just you probably should say that she said well I would rather be honest. When I asked for the Director information she stated she was the Direction which terrified me even more.....This is soooooo not okay

Our 3 year old son has been attending Pinnacle for almost a year. He’s been very happy there and has learned a lot. My only concern is that not all teachers are Montessori certified. However, Pinnacle is actively working to get all teachers the training needed to obtain this certification.

I'm so excited to say that the Directors Nicole and Christy are Game Tight! I would like to give thanks to the dedicated staff who work diligently to maintain the safety and fun for our children. My granddaughter interacts daily with the following teachers: Ms. Hazel, Ms. Jaclyn, Ms. Ashley, as well as the hardworking, ever so nice food server. This is the last day of the Summer Camp and I must say to the staff - A GREAT WORK, WELL DONE!

We really love this school and have been here for over 2 years. The previous director left and there was a decline in engagement from the teachers but what was so impressive is how they took all concerns and nipped everything so quickly. That impressed me so much how they took parents’ feedback and turned things around to even better than things were with the previous director in such a short period. They all love my boys and care the world for them. My kids also learn so much here.

We’ve had positive experiences with both our kids at PMA Forney over the past few years. The staff are thoughtful and friendly. Ultimately, we have peace of mind while our kids are there and we are thankful for that.
