After years of moving around this has been the very best school ever!!! Our children are always happy to attend,,,they learn and grow well every day...we are so grateful to each one of the teachers & staffing!!!!

We chose Pines for our son before we even moved to Texas, but ended up trying a local public school for kindergarten and first grade. When it became evident that he was falling through the cracks, we did everything we could to become part of Pines. Our son joined Montessori later than most children but we were never made to feel different in any way. Pines meets each child and family where they are to help guide them individually. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pines. The quality of the Lower Elementary staff and curriculum is phenomenal and it’s evident from viewing the work of older students that each classroom truly builds on the one before it. Every teacher your child has will know them on a deep level. You’ll receive feedback that is tailored to your child and the staff is very prompt in their communication. We absolutely intend to stay at Pines through middle school. It’s a school that, in partnership with families, grows the whole child. If you’re looking for a quality Montessori education for your child, I recommend Pines wholeheartedly.

Moved to Kingwood from downtown just to attend this school and haven’t been disappointed. The staff, the community and the teachers are all working together to build an outstanding environment that the children thrive in. With the onset of Covid19, the school moved swiftly and set up a virtual learning environment within just a few weeks and didn’t seem to miss a beat. It has been amazing to see the teachers interact with the kids in the classroom and now, virtually. I hope that one day I’ll enjoy my job as much as they enjoy theirs. Our kids are doing great, and we hope to stay with the school as long as possible.
