We have had the privilege of being a Pathway family for over 4 years. There is nowhere else that I would rather send my children. Courtney and Mike and their team of teachers and assistants are the very best at what they do. My children are seen, heard, celebrated, and challenged. And Courtney has been by our side for every hurtle in early childhood, big or small. At Pathway, play is the work of childhood, and a big part of the school is the beautiful backyard. Nature is an important part of the curriculum, and it was one of the things that first drew us here. My children leave Pathway as strong critical thinkers and curious, big-hearted little humans, ready to go forth and make their way in the world. It has been a joy and a gift, and I look forward to sending our baby in the coming years.

This school has been nothing short of incredible. From day one, the head teacher has been there for every developmental milestone and change; hard times and good. Every time we're having a difficult phase, she's a phone call away to talk through it with knowledgeable ideas on helping both me and my daughter through it. My daughter has grown so much here, in all the best ways. Having the older kids as her best buds, she's motivated to keep up. She was already reading beyond kindergarten level at 4. She comes home every day excited to tell me how far she is on her books. She brings home art on a daily basis, and every night tells me about the "works" she did that day, again excited every time a new station is brought out. One day she asked if we could work on multiplication because one of the other kids was learning it. Her enthusiasm never waivers. The kids here are also great. My daughter has made the sweetest friends, and we've become close with many of the parents as well. One BIG advantage of a smaller school is how close-knit the community is. We love Pathway and will send all of our kids here!

Pathway has been the ideal play-based community for my child to thrive in. Ms. Courtney and her staff create a supportive, nurturing, and creative environment for exploration and learning. I have watched my son become a very compassionate, inquisitive, and kind human during his time at Pathway. There is no doubt in my mind that after two years at Pathway he is ready for Kindergarten. As a true gifted Montessori facilitator does, Ms. Courtney has been able to use her skilled observations to support my son in finding his strengths while also providing him with opportunities for growth. This is an OUTSTANDING place for support of all things related to early childhood development! We have cherished every moment and memory that we have made as a member of the Pathway community!

Pathway has been a sanctuary of adventure for our daughters. When we met Courtney two years ago, we knew instantly that this was the place where our daughters could learn, grow and experience the Montessori way of life. Pathway's teaching philosophy, along with its outstanding facilities such as the garden, nature-centred playground, and excellent Montessori materials, make this school an exceptional place for your children. Pathway offers a community where we work together to raise our kids and ourselves as parents. The staff fosters an environment where harmony and social growth play an essential role while acknowledging individuals and giving them space to learn and grow at their own pace. Our daughter is about to finish Courtney's kindergarten program, and we are thrilled with her progress. Courtney has supplied the perfect materials to supplement and encourage her unending curiosity about life. Our daughter learned how to read and do math (multiplications, she is 5!), and has a sense of community, geology, and geography. We appreciate the sensitivity to what makes us human and yet different based on where we are in the world, as we have multiple cultural backgrounds in our family. Pathway is a perfect melting pot of learning, teaching, growing, and gaining confidence in a pedagogically safe and sound environment. We highly recommend this school to everyone!

Both of our children attend Pathway Montessori school and we couldn't be happier about our choice. The school provides a warm family atmosphere that makes the kids feel right at home. The staff are exceptional, fostering a nurturing environment where each child is valued and supported in their individual growth and development. Our shy daughter bloomed and flourished throughout the 3 years she has been attending Pathways. It's a joy to see our children thrive in such a caring and supportive community.

This is our first year at Pathway Montessori. It has been such a wonderful experience for our son, he absolutely loves going to school there and the teachers are all so wonderful. We looked at several other Montessori options and I truly believe this was the best fit for our family and knew it from the time we walked in the door and met with the Director. I look forward to continuing to send our son there and someday plan to send our daughter as well, once she is old enough. The transformation that has taken place over the last few months with our son has truly been amazing to witness.

It has been an absolute joy to have our children be a part of the fabric of the Pathway's Montessori program. Our family has been involved in Courtney Blakemore's single room classroom environment for the past five years as the provider of education for our two children and I can't tell you how happy we are to be a part of it. Our son and daughter have flourished at Pathway and not just in academics but as human beings. These are the years you build who you are, and being a dual income home, we were very worried about leaving our children every day at a place that lacked the ability to fully develop them as people. Courtney and her team give an incredible amount of love and care into their teaching. We were so pleased with the results that we chose to keep both of our children through Kindergarten. Our son entered First grade with an overwhelming education advantage and a most pleasant disposition to weather the change from Montessori to public school environment, which was definitely a challenge, but WELL WORTH IT. He is now a very happy second grader and our daughter is just finishing Kindergarten. If you are considering Montessori but aren't sure, or if you are contemplating the one room classroom environment over a larger facility, please reach out to Courtney to discuss your options, even if you don't end up at Pathway, you will have the opportunity to talk to her and that will help you navigate your decision and allow you to understand her vision. She is a great shaper of modern minds and a kind-hearted teacher that has devoted her life to helping children. We are so lucky to have found Pathway and Courtney.

I stayed at home with my daughter for almost three years and was hesitant to send her anywhere that wasn't family. Courtney made the transition easy and spoke with me several times over the first few weeks to check in and report on how my daughter was adjusting. Our conversations often lasted nearly an hour and she and her team certainly made everything much better for our family. Now after summer programs, and my daughter's first year of preschool, I realize we've made the best decision for our family. My daughter is happy and well-adjusted. She is still sad that Mommy is working but she is happy that she has her own "work" to go to. On top of all the emotional support she gets at school she is also learning. We sat down to work on her Valentine's day cards and I asked her to write her name. Shock and awe as she formed nearly perfect letters, without help, at the age of three. Thank you Pathway for everything that you do for us and for the loving environment you've provided for our daughter! UPDATE: Kindergarten year came much too quickly for us and is passing more rapidly than I am ready for. I can only say that I am grateful my daughter is a part of this family...and that is what Pathway Montessori has provided: a family and home feeling when she is away from her family and our home. I was concerned leaving her in an environment with other kids as I know how cruel and lovely and then cruel again kids can be to each other but from 3-6 she's been supported and loved and given confidence in social situations that are difficult to navigate for an adult let alone a child. Thank goodness that I gave my need for control and my trust over to Courtney as she and her team truly love each of the children that come through the door. I look forward to sending my son here when he is old enough!
