Mountaineer Montessori School

This school provides everything a child needs to have a bright future, I've made one of the best decisions of my life sending three of my kids to this school. They really love it and and I really love how the system is structured. Highly recommend this school!

MMS is a wonderful experience. My son has attended for 7 years and we have loved every minute. He rarely wants to leave when I arrive.

My son attended from the time he was about 3, up until his graduation from MMMiddle School this year. Truly has been a wonderful journey. An engaged, intelligent and wonderful diverse staff over the years. They have always kept us well informed and have helped him grow into a fine young man. He’s learned practical skills, developed a love of science and has learned so much. The field trips have been exceptional. Highly recommend this school. A true Montessori school for over 40 years.

My daughter attends MMS and we absolutely love it. She is entering her 4th year and we could not be happier with our choice. Her younger brother is starting this fall. Amazing staff that truly care about the students and families. It is a wonderful community where we have been welcomed and made many so many friends.

My daughter attended Mountaineer Montessori for 10 years and choosing MMS was one of the best decisions we made as parents. World class academic and arts curriculum in a child-centered environment that develops the whole child. Children develop character, confidence and a lifetime love of learning. Our child was exceptionally well prepare for high school both in academics as well the executive function skills required to excel in today’s world.

Horrible education system. The teachers often don't teach the level at which the students are on making the experience stressful and confusing. The teachers don't educate the children in a way that prepares them for high school and college creating a horrible Academic experience.
