Montessori School of the Finger Lakes

Multiple cancellations due to weather that even Auburn school district didn’t cancel for. Field trips were completely parent led- you take your child, you watch them, you take them home as an early day. The teachers might as well not even be there. The school asked for multiple items at the start of the year for student use (sandals, rain boots, snow gear, etc.), but refused to give them all back at the end of the year. So, be sure to buy things that are cheap because you’ll struggle to get them back once your child has graduated… Administration is very unprofessional. If enrolling your child here, good luck.

This is a special school and we are lucky to have it in our community. The school nurtures the whole child, provides outstanding academics, and believes that students learn best through application and real-life experiences. These kids go outside, they hike, they learn character education and they are kind to one another. The school is like a family and I just can't say enough about it.
