We love the Montessori School of Downtown Clear Lake Campus! Great teachers and excellent curriculum. We highly recommend this school. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The learning opportunities that my son received while attending were unmatched. It was a great environment for him to learn and grow.

Last year, my wife and I enrolled our grandson in kindergarten at the MSODT Clear Lake Campus. When the school year began, our grandson's short attention span was causing him to be easily distracted and he was having a very difficult time following instructions, staying focused, and being on task with his daily studies at school. The school's director, Ms. Mize, along with school personnel, were so attentive, patient and understanding in working with our grandson and us to help resolve these issues. When school began, our grandson's reading skills were below average. Now, however, he loves to read and on the end-of-school Stanford Achievement Test, he scored a 3.5 grade equivalent test result for total reading! We just learned this week that our grandson has been accepted for enrollment at a charter school...needless to say, we are thrilled and we credit Ms. Mize and the MSODT Clear Lake Campus staff with our grandson's amazing accomplishments!!!

MSODT Clear Lake is a great school for all children. They nurture both mental challenges, along with physical, all within a caring environment where kids help other kids learn what they know, at a pace comfortable for each child. Both my kids went there, and they both loved it. This location is ideal for those in the JSC; Clear Lake; Ellington Field area. Rates are very competitive with local day cares, so why send your kid to a daycare to play when they can be sent to a Montessori to learn and become more than they could've been elsewhere? They are community focused, with teachers and administrators who live in the area and are devoted to the success of your kids. If you;re interested in this location, please visit early, and get on the signup list, because this location is VERY popular, and usually has a wait. This shouldn't be a deterrent, rather a sign of the success of this facility, and the desire for those around the area to have there kids in a school that leads to success.

I moved my daughter to this daycare from another where she was struggling. I've seen such an improvement! So many people, strangers even, come to me and ask how old she is and are shocked to learn that she's only 3! They say she's so smart! I'd also like to recognize Tammy M. as an exceptional director. She was so helpful when I switched over to Montessori showing empathy for the demands of my hectic schedule, financial concerns, and the horrors I had to go through with the previous daycare! On top of that she does such an awesome job with the upkeep and decorations at the Clear Lake location! She has such amazing ideas for keeping the foyer engaging and pleasing according to the season!

As working parents, we needed to find excellent care for our infant at 6-weeks of age. Because my sister, who sent her children to Montessori School of Downtown in Clear Lake (from 5 weeks old through elementary age), had the utmost confidence in the care and education provided there, we sent our son at 6-weeks of age. As a young infant, he was extremely well cared for, and the structured environment provided him with a reliable schedule. As new parents, we often modeled ou parenting based on the experience of the teachers. The engaging environment has stimulated his development. Often, we would find his teachers reading to the infants. He is currently 13.5 months old. He is walking well, is extremely social and happy, and has learned many words. We are extremely pleased with the education and care he has received!
