Ms. pat is a very sweet woman. My eldest son did well there when he was attending some years back. I wish I could attest to his specific growth here, relative to another school, but it was the only daycare we attended at the time. Although, he seemed to thrive about as much as you could expect from a toddler, and he was very proud to bring home morsels of subjects they went over. I never felt like he was neglected or uncared for. Overall he was happy to go, and they seemed to treat him very well. I think that's about the best you can hope for when you leave someone to watch after your children.

Ms Pat was incredibly sweet. She seems to care very much. However, the place is out of date. I have an infant and it doesn’t look like an infant would thrive there. Not enough toys/play mats/activities. The carpet seems reeeaaally old. It has an odd smell in there. And it was super warm. On the website it says they are DCFS licensed. However, their license does NOT show up on the DCFS website for licensed daycares. We called and asked if they were licensed and the man (assuming Ms Pats son) said he’d have someone call us back on that. They never called back. I emailed, they never emailed back. I ended up calling DCFS to see and they said they are currently in a renewal status. I have two starts because like I said, Ms Pat was so incredibly sweet.

Firstly I would say never put your child's care into this facility. This daycare is understaffed and out of date. the faculty does not take parents concerns to heart. I had to remove my child because the care that was given was inadequate to the Montessori standards. I found that this location is not a member of the American Montessori Society and is not an accredited Montessori School. This location calls itself a Montessori school solely based off of the fact that the name Montessori is a public name and they have the right to do so. This location does not follow the Montessori guidelines you would expect from a credited Montessori school. I would steer away from the Montessori of Woodridge at all costs. If you google American Montessori Society and search for Montessori schools in your area, this one does not show up. What will show up are accredited Montessori schools in your area that are genuine.
