Montessori and Me Preschool

This preschool is AMAZING! Ms. Rokina is the most loving, patient and kind teacher. The way she connects to each child and knows their strengths and how to help them flourish is amazing. My son loves going there! He’s growing in so many ways!!! The other families and children are very loving, respectful people. I’m not sure how anyone could possibly say anything negative about this school in a review. It’s simply not true. If you are thinking about a Montessori school please go and tour this wonderful school. I cannot day enough positive things about it.

We really wanted to like this place since it's one of the few schools around that has some green space for toddlers. But, it's basically day care. Kids running freely around with no structure. The Montessori "toys" are used infrequently. Virtually no academics are taught. Art projects are not Montessori or nature based. The teachers just throw paper down and kids scribble. I couldn't figure out why our child was always in a terrible mood after school. Now I realize she was bored. We recently moved her to a legitimate school and she's thriving in a fulfilling environment. She's back to her old self and happy again. Oh how I wish we had moved her sooner!
