Management has terrible communication skills. I talked to Ms. Suzy on the phone. Emailed her and had a back and forth exchange on email with her confirming she can take our 4 year old in April. And then during Virtual tour, she said she can't keep the spot open for my son until April. Wasted a lot of my time.

Good luck if you have siblings. When my 3 year old was potty trained and moved up a class his space was given to another child instead of my 2 year old. He was on the waitlist for 4 months before I gave up and withdrew my family. Great teachers and facilities but they will not go out of their way to help your family. Good luck
