Little Mountain Montessori

Could not say enough good things about this school!! The teachers are incredible, the environment is so supportive and communicative, its safe, clean and so well-led. The turnover is next to nothing and I truly believe its because the owners create such a wonderful and supportive environment for their staff. They follow the Montessori curriculum which created a perfect academic structure for my kids as they prepared for elementary school. Both our kids went to school here for 2-3 years each and still ask about all the teachers. We LOVE Little Mountain and wish we could have gone here forever!

After our daughter graduated Little Mountain last year, she had a very easy and smooth transition into kindergarten where her teachers say she's well-prepared as result of the Montessori curriculum. Hannah, Annie, and their staff do an exceptional job in creating an environment for the kids that is warm and calming, while also stimulating. Highly recommend this school!

Our family has had the most exceptional and enriching experience at Little Mountain Montessori. Hannah and Aisilin are educated, compassionate, structured and dependable. They really take the job of guiding little ones through childhood seriously and the school is a beautiful place for children to grow and think and play and discover. I am so grateful to have found this amazing school. They have incredible teachers who are so great at introducing new skills and challenges, but at the same remembering that preschool should be fun! The ultimate review comes from my two kids who have never complained about school and are so excited to go everyday! It’s so important to start education for kids out on the right foot and this is the place you have been looking for.

I can't express how wonderful our experience has been with Little Mountain Montessori. Our son graduated from there last year and was more than prepared for Kindergarten. He loved it so much and he still talks about the teachers he had there. Our daughter is still at Little Mountain and gets sad on the weekends when it is not a school day. I highly recommend!!!!

Little Mountain has been a wonderful experience for our 2 kids - the staff is great, location is very convenient. There's no other place we'd rather be!

Little Mountain Montessori & the incredible dream team of talented teaching staff saved us, quite literally. We experienced two preschool implosions in Seattle and during the height of the pandemic we were at our wits' end. Joining the LMM community and seeing our kids thrive, at a time when so much was changing in their lives, is something we will be forever grateful for. The environment LMM creates instills curiosity and kindness, trusted routines and also the ability to adapt to meet kids where they are, inspiring life long learning and, as my daughter reminds us, their first "life long friends". Hannah, Aislinn, Helga, Clementine, Maddie- all were the absolute best at what they do. From the moment you walk in, the calm, the colors, the sense of space and rhythms and care- all impress right off the bat, but the lasting building blocks and confidence in young, early learners is what sets this place apart. A gem of a preschool and community!

What a magical school! My daughter attended Little Mountain for pre-school. All of the teachers were caring and supportive. My daughter truly blossomed here and the staff created a lovely, nurturing community for kids and parents.
