Little Log Cabin Montessori School

Our daughter has a developmental delay and Susanne welcomed her with open arms. She worked with the school to coordinate a private speech session 4 times a week at little log cabin. Her pricing was very fair. My daughter was happy there! We moved but still use her for drop in care when there’s no school. 1000% recommend her!

Susanne at Little Log Cabin has been such a sweet blessing for our family. We were struggling with finding a good fit for our son, and we were lucky enough to get a spot with Ms. Susanne. She and Mikey have welcomed us with open arms each and every day. They are such kind souls and focus on each child’s individual needs and strengths without missing a beat. She is genuine and honest and addresses concerns with such a kind and open minded heart. She implements the perfect amount of structure along with open ended play and ample outdoor time. Our child thrives outdoors and thankfully they spend the majority of the day learning about nature around their large property. He always comes home happy, safe, and having learned something new each day. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of preschool and in-home daycare, this is the place for you.

The Little Log Cabin of Montessori Daycare has been an incredible support for our family. Suzanne has helped my autistic son grow and find his own voice in such a beautiful way. She feels like a part of our family now, and I highly recommend her daycare to anyone looking for a place that offers one-on-one attention and focuses on learning through play. Suzanne truly celebrates each child's individuality, making this the perfect environment for children to thrive.

I wish I could give this school more than five stars. This school has been such a game changer for our kids. They were previously going to a larger daycare and although we loved it at the time, they were not getting what they needed to excel. The classrooms were too large and chaotic and we found our kids were very overstimulated at the end of each day. We have twins and they are VERY different. Susanne is so great with giving our kids what they need individually while also encouraging social interaction and creativity with others. Their education and development is beyond what we experienced with our prior daycare school. Susanne really takes the time to work with each child on the things they need more focus on to help them grow vs. just following a day-to-day routine where everyone does the same things. They spend so much time in nature and exploring the outdoors, even in winter! The stars certainly aligned for us when we found this school and she welcomed us with open arms. We wish we would have found Little Log Cabin sooner.
