Absolutely love La Petite! The staff and management are great and are so understanding with any concerns I may have. One big thing is that they always answer their phone. A lot of other daycares I’ve called in the past have a tendency of not answering, but La Petite always answers and they always respond quickly when I message them on the app. It’s always clean and well kept. I love it and I’ll be sad to leave them when we have to move.

For the past three years this center has cared for my daughter in unimaginable ways. From the friendly smile every morning to the fun discussions with staff at pick up nothing has made me happier than letting the people here look after my daughter. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know many of the staff and they all are wonderful. For a daycare center I’ve never seen so many long term staff members. The consistency of faces help make the transitions to different stages of care easier. I don’t have enough great things to say about this place. From the in room videos, daily status updates with photos, to reasonable pricing this was the perfect center for us. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I love this daycare!! We have been going here for 8 months and it’s been incredible every step of the way. Things that are huge green flags for me: Staff aren’t allowed to be on their cell phones. When the director told me that during my tour I thought “oh yeah I’m sure they all follow that” except they do. All. The. Time. My daughter is ready for kindergarten. She is a June birthday so it could have gone either way but because of how prepared Mr. Mike has gotten my daughter she is ready now. The cost that saved me alone 😳 so worth it The teachers have been there for literal ages. Most of the teachers have been there for 5 years and then they have a good chunk who have been there 10+ years. Since my daughter has went there I have not seen one new face taking care of her. That kind of consistency is worth its weight in gold. When my daughter was attending another daycare they told me that she was aggressive and would hit and was mean. That was when I knew that they weren’t taking care of her because my daughter is a huge communicator and will listen well when things are explained to her. I have seen a huge change in her since sending her here. I have NOT ONCE been told that she was aggressive at La petite. And that’s on the teachers. Listening to the kids and ensuring good communication for little humans who have trouble communicating. I could go on and on but seriously this place is the best. So clean, so organized, so caring and just absolutely filled with people who love their job and who love children. This is what daycare should look like everywhere.

This is only for the application process, as we decided not to inquire further with them after our experience. We tried to schedule a tour for possible future care. They canceled on us twice on the day of each tour after we had already arranged time off, and are not flexible with tour times since there is nothing available after 3 PM ever, so we decided not to bother. Seems like staffing levels must be close to the bone (I'm sure they're in ratio, but yeesh) if they can't even spare a person for 10-15 minutes past 4 PM. And if they're this difficult to work with to even get a tour scheduled, I would hesitate how it would be handled if there is any issue with a child.

Had a really negative experience here with our son. He was being bullied and because of this was acting out at nap time (he still talked about a couple of the kids who picked on him for months after we withdrew him). The woman who was the main caregiver in the class had some issues with classroom management, so we were forced to pick up our son at nap time every day, even though we were paying for a full day of care. We asked to change rooms and were turned down. The woman who runs the daycare center (her name is Tracy) is the least maternal person I’ve ever met. She has a BA in psychology (one of the few people at the daycare with any formal training) and proceeded to tell us that our son was on the autism spectrum (he has since been diagnosed with add by an actual psychologist). Don’t get me wrong, there are a couple of good staff members here (Mr. Mike, Stephanie, and Deanna come to mind), but I wouldn’t risk sending your child here because you’re rolling the dice. As soon as we were able to, we moved our son to Primrose in La Vista and had a much better experience.

This is Rhonda, Mom. The Director and staff are all wonderful and trustworthy. Our child has been here for a few years. I love to tell the story that I drive past 6 (now probably 10) other childcare facilities to get to La Petite Academy! Our son has flourished here because of the education and creativity practiced with trained teachers. They care not only for our children, but also their own development. My son is nearing school age. It is tough for me, because he is so happy and eager to go to " this school " every day. I will continue to visit upon occasion! I see what they have done to develop my child! I am so proud!

***UPDATE: Everything below and more! We have been with LaPetite 4 years and only leaving because our child is now school age. The teachers truly care and know my child personally. Exceptional care and trust every single day because of the communication, video/app, and focus on kindergarten readiness. Exceeded my expectations for preschool curriculum*** Absolutely incredible child care! All of the teachers are amazing and the director is very responsive and helpful. We drive 15 miles out of our way each day to make sure that our child attends this specific location because of the learning atmosphere and stem -based curriculum. La Petite has consistently impressed us with the highest quality child care. I love the app that posts daily pictures and keeps you up-to-date on activities- it's a great way to communicate and stay connected with the teachers
