Kid City USA - Powers

I enjoy the morning team and I love the way they teach ur children and help them to adapt into a class room setting and my grandson’s teacher is wonderful no matter what time of day I’m there she is very polite and super friendly and I feel comfortable that she is with him. Why then the 4 stars instead of 5 there is a evening staff member that isn’t friendly AT ALL when I walk in one of the last parents to pick up my grandson they do not greet u not saying anything to u unless u say something to them and if u need help with anything it all goes down hill from there. Yes I have talk with MGT. About it and it is worst now than before I figure I was mention by name in which I don’t mine that’s my grandson, So I am actively looking for a new daycare Bec I DO NOT want to deal with that evening person no more than I have to. Last example I walked in at 5:47 Nov 29th and this employee turned her head to make sure she wasn’t going to speak nor help me it was so obvious that I just walked by picked up my grandson. I am still shocked at the level she is dealing at a PROFESSIONAL business…the teacher was again wonderful left back out of building with that same employee with her head turn away from me sitting at the front desk Why MGT aloud her to continue to work there n that manner I have no idea

My son has been going to Kid City for 4 months now and loves it. All the ladies are so great with him. I’m so grateful for Mrs Amber she is so wonderful with him in the mornings and we LOVE LOVE LOVE Mrs Miranda. I am so happy I found Kid City.

Would not recommend this for any infant. The program is ridiculous and doesn't follow any doctors notes they require! Not only that but the workers don't know what bottles and what pacifiers are for what baby! So disorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT LET YOUR BABY GO HERE!!!

I absolutely love this center. I started my kiddos here as the center just took over new ownerships. Lori the new owner is hands on she pay attention to each child needs. Lori is truly building an excellent staff to ensure they follow each child needs. My 1 year old had trouble gaining weight, the center (all the staff) including Lori sent me updates on his feeding to the Procare app. I would strongly recommend this center. I love this place!! Thanks again for caring for my kiddos

My girl started here in April after a lengthily search for a quality daycare. It was a great experience for us during her time there. We only switched facilities due to work. The teachers were super friendly and knew the kids names. They were always playing outside when I picked my girl up. Anytime i had a question, they were super quick to answer or reach out in email correspondence, which is appreciated. They have switched owners and directors so things have changed for the better. We really enjoyed our time there.

This childcare facility went under new ownership and management in the past few months and has thrived ever since! ⭐️
