Our child has thrived at IMS. We noticed a big jump in reading and leadership throughout the first year in school. We are thrilled to be a part of the school.

IMS is a wonderful school. The patience and caring nature of Ms. Norma and all the staff has made my child very comfortable going to school each day. The children each get individualized attention and complete lessons that teach them life-skills. It is a unique and nurturing environment and I highly recommend.

Enrolling my son in International Montessori School was the best decision I have ever made. This school is amazing and the teachers are the best. The director Ms. Norma is always there for us and always very helpful in any matters. My son learns so much and really enjoys going school every day. Thank you International Montessori School Fort Lauderdale

We had a wonderful experience with IMS. Ms. Norma was very patient with and supportive of my daughter in her transition adjusting to the school. Once my daughter bloomed there, she really had a great educational and social experience. IMS really helps support children through a Montessori approach of play-based learning, and they did many fun activities, projects, and learning of songs together. I am grateful for my daughter being a part of this lovely community.

My son started at International Montessori School at the age of 3. In the past 2 years he has gained so much confidence and the ability to build positive relationships with others. Academically, it has been amazing to me how much he has achieved. He started reading and writing at the age of 4, in his second year of the primary program. He has learned about continents, countries, and different cultures. His math skills have excelled and he is now working the decimal system and simple additions. The most important aspect of all of this is that he loves to go to school. My son is eager to learn and is extremely happy, and that’s what is important to me.

A very bad experience- we had signed up for summer camp and communicated to the director the possibility (not certainty) that we might need to start a week later due to home renovations that had delayed our move and were creating issues for our family. Next thing we know, we received an email saying that our son could not be accepted to the school for summer camp at all or for the year ahead. Terrible reaction, lack of empathy, no interest to familiarize herself with the unique situation we were faced with and the opposite of what Montessori values and believes in. Would definitely not recommend!
