Guidepost Montessori at Lincoln Park

We couldn’t be happier with our choice for Guidepost LP. We came to Chicago in 2021 and now 3 years later we are still very very happy with our decision for this montessori. The kids learn so much in a safe and nurturing environment enabling independence and growth at their own pace. Our experience with the teachers is great; they are caring, smart and truly focused on building connections with the children. Next to that, they always provide us with day-to-day reports, photo’s and are open to answer your questions or concerns. I’d wish this school would offer the whole elementary program up til 12 years old. I definitely recommend this school.

We are glad to be part Guidepost LP family! The staff is friendly, lovely and very caring. The class rooms and gross motor rooms are spacious and filled with things that cater to the child’s curiosity and development. My daughter has been going there since over 2 years and all the guides she has had have been wonderful. The three things that really helped us make the decision to go with GPLP was the staff, the space and the schedule of the working days. Could not have been happier with the school we chose for our daughter! ❤️

We love being part of the Guideposts family! The teachers, director, admin and all staff are all amazing! They are easy to approach, and always willing to help in the best way possible. Our toddler loves his days at daycare and is always surprising us with new songs and fun stories about his friends and teachers. Miss Rita was so supportive during our kid’s transition to daycare, provided us a lot of information and worked on strategies to help him get confident in the space. She went beyond and learned Spanish words and songs to help him feel more comfortable as we speak Spanish at home and is his first language. When he transitioned to Toddler 5 to Spanish immersion, Miss Linet and Miss Chrisally received him with a lot of love and made him feel comfortable in matter of days! All the supporting teachers have also been great! Miss Chelsea is always playing with him and offering comfort when he gets overwhelmed. We are truly grateful for finding this community. I know we couldn’t have chosen better!

I highly recommend Guidepost LP facility! The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, creating a warm environment for our child. Their dedication to her development is evident, and the personal touch they add makes it a standout choice. Our daughter has been there for a year and a half, and we're genuinely grateful for the positive impact they've had on her growth and well-being. Also excited to send our second daughter there in the spring!

We have been a part of the Guidepost Montessori at Lincoln Park community for 2 years now. Our son has gone through most of the classrooms from infants all the way to Toddlers. I could not imagine a better place. He has grown so much during this time, and its incredible to see the teachers and staff support his interests and get him excited about learning by exploring the outdoors and introducing new skills like music, cooking, and custom language lessons. Not only do the teachers and staff provide exceptional care, they instill independence, confidence, and kindness in their classrooms while creating a really warm and inviting environment for kids and parents alike. As a parent, I know my child is in good hands, with consistent updates about their day via photos and communications from the teachers. More than anything, Guidepost does a great job creating a safe and loving community. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

We want to share our amazing experience with Guidepost Montessori School of Lincoln Park in Chicago. As parents, we are thrilled with the education they provide and the care they give to each child, including our son Borja. From the start, it was clear that the faculty and staff at Guidepost Montessori, led by Mrs. Boryana, truly know and understand our son. They built a strong connection with him, creating an environment where he feels valued and supported. Borja's enthusiasm to go to school every day is a testament to the love and dedication his teachers have shown him. The execution and balance between a nurturing environment and individual curriculum progression are impressive. We appreciate their understanding of his progress and their efforts to actively involve us. Mrs. Linet and Chrysalis in the toddler house are exceptional teachers, and Borja loves them.
